The staff is soo not welcoming and they will expect you to grab them food and start making food
One of the employees named william was extremely pushy
Ordered a green tea but got some weird overly sour lemonade drink. This isnt the first time this has happened at this location. If you want your drink made right then stick with a simple black coffee. Otherwise, dont expect to receive something even close to what you ordered.

I don't usually post about bad experiences but this one was purely about attitude. I went to the drive thru to place my order and mentioned it was my birthday. (No "Happy Birthday") The gentleman said I would get a free drink. I drove up and asked what he needed as proof and he said the app would tell him. He scanned it and said "No sorry. It's not there." I showed him the app and that my birthday was clear as day on my profile. His response "I guess someone used it." Again, no Happy Birthday or "I will comp you this beverage anyway". He deducted it and didn't even say "Have a great day!" I just think that going above and beyond with graciousness would have been appreciated. Everyone has bad days but this was just rude and based upon other reviews this isn’t an isolated incident.

Customer service is terrible. Drink was not made according to description, nor liking and explained this to Jordan, manager on duty, and she rudely said that they were too busy to remake a perfectly made drink in which I found to be very disrespectful and unprofessional plus when they had NO customers in line nor in the drive thru! She never took ownership nor apologized. I will never go back to this location.
