I am surprised at the bad reviews for this place. Of all the options at the garden state mall food court, this place is one of the few healthy ones, precisely because it is not drenched in heavy, excessively sweet teriyaki sauce or gravy or fried, like the other asian options. It's fast paced. $10 for white rice, vegetables and teriyaki chicken. $2.50 for a soda.Generous with the rice, which was cooked to perfection. Lines are long as people choose this price competitive place over other more expensive place. A negative sign that were headed for DEFLATION.
Suki Hana is a great Japanese Teriyaki chicken restaurant inside the Garden State Plaza mall. This replaces Sarku Japan's spot. The chicken is delicious and they have other menu options too. I was here on the opening day in March 2022. The employees are friendly. The prices are very good at $9 per meal with tax. The drink prices are a bit high, but thats true of the entire food court.
