Attended an event last night at taverna and sadly I must say it was probably the worst experience ever. Food order took forever to receive, when received three orders were incorrect. When the orders were corrected they were incorrect again. Two dinners were sent back as the food was terrible. The dirty dishes sat on our table until we asked for the check. The manager was indifferent to any and all complaints. I could continue but you get the message. Awful food even worse service

I recently held my sister's baby shower at Taverna and was very pleased with how everything turned. The food was really good and many of the guests commented on how delicious it was. The servers were also very attentive and the owner stopped by to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Taverna as a venue for hosting an event or just to have a nice dinner.

Great food and ambience. They make everything fresh - and it comes though in the food. They hit it out of the park with the service - waiter was super kind and accomodating, the owner himself came and checked in with us multiple times despite being a busy Friday evening. What more would you want in a restaurant?

The food is very good. I love the appetizers and the Greek salad! When there’s music, the bands are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Went to a party for 50 people tonight outside. Found out they are open all year and cater to all. No membership fee or requirement to dine and dance. We will definitely be back for dinner and lunch.

I would give this place a 0 star if possible. Customer service was the worst. Racism on peak. All the tables were greeted with a smile, offered an iced water in clear glass cups and on the other hand we were placed in the corner with a plastic cup for water without ice. And many more other things. I would never go back or recommend anyone.

The best place in Paramus to have a good time, dance, eat delicious food and have a relaxing moment, I had my wedding with them and everything was spectacular, I am more than happy to find a place to have a good time. By the way, Victoria is an incredible host, she pays attention to every detail.
