Disappointed. Ordered a cheese stake, was half cooked rost beef not real stake for the price I paid you would think it was. Also still had pink and was cold. The fries was OK.

Honestly I love this place but I am sick and tired of them constantly messing up my orders! I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with just cheese and ranch and what do it get? Tomatoes and lettuce and the bread isn’t even toasted. This has happened on more then 3 occasions and I am allergic to tomatoes so this is very disappointing. Please do better.

Sorry to be a party pooper, but prices need to be what is written on the menu board! If prices change, fine- that’s totally understandable! But how long does it take to put up a note saying “prices are increased due to egg price increase.” You don’t just surprise people at the cash register with a much different price than you advertised.

This place is a stones throw from one of my job sites. Their sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had. I've had several of their cold cut sandwiches I've had their chicken cutlets and I'm a huge fan of their cheesesteak. They have claim to " world's most famous fries". I have to admit they are also some of the best I've ever had. They also Brew their own iced tea and lemonade and put them in those big plastic containers which is a great treat in the summer. Everyone inside is very friendly and professional. If you're in the Paramus area I highly recommend this place.

The best breakfast sandwiches in Bergen County. Doesn't matter what you get - it's all phenomenal. My favorite is the Taylor Ham and Cheese on a hard roll - the perfect amount of both... but the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese & the Taylor Ham and Cheese as well as all of their specialty breakfast sandwiches are all made so tasty! For lunch get the Goomba or the Godfather - so good! The final amazing touch is the seasoned fries - a must-have. The staff and atmosphere is great here to boot.

I’ve been ordering from here for over 2 years through grub hub and in person. I placed an order today through grub hub. After 1.5 hours I called to check on my order. They use their own driver so the order is not trackable through Grubhub. I left my information. I got a call back from a woman who very rudely told me Grubhub never sent a driver and their driver could not deliver the order. I told her that her driver delivers it all the time. She said very unapologetic he had already left. I could either cancel my order or come pick it up. I contacted grub hub, they told me since they use their own driver they could not send a driver to pick it up for me. I called the deli back asked to speak to the owner who said they don’t deliver to my address. They’ve been delivering here for 2 years! Then he said they’ve asked grub hub to remove them. I told him, I understand your side. However, you could’ve called when my order came in and told me it couldn’t be delivered. Having me wait 1.5 hours is not ok. If they truly cared about customer satisfaction they could’ve had my order delivered and let me know this was the last time. I didn’t even get an apology. The two days a week that I work in that area and get food there in person will now also come to an end. I was spending at least $50 a week there. Not anymore.

I asked for no salt on my fries, they proceeded to give me the saltiest fries on the planet earth.
