The Capital Grille

The food was excellent. I had shrimp cocktail and wagu filet. We also had a variety of desserts. They were all delicious as well!! Our waiter was very attentive. We also had drinks at the bar before dinner. The cocktails were great and the bar tender was very nice!!

I went with my girlfriend for a great lunch. Everything was cooked to perfection and service was outstanding. Shout out to Tonya, Steve and manager Phil who made a forever memory for us. Your team is very welcoming, warm and provided exceptional service. Thank you Capital Grille Paramus!

We had the Wagyu & Wine. Our server Adrian was outstanding. He explained everything in detail including the different wine options. He is extremely knowledgeable about each wine and helped us choose the right ones.

Celebratory dinner for my teen. His first steakhouse experience...LOVED IT. Our dinner is always on point...delicious steak done perfectly. Tuna tartar and sides were fantastic also. Our server, Steve, really made the evening special!

If you want a great dining experience, Capitol Grill is the place to go. Service & Food were top notch, every steak cooked perfectly, some of the best meat you will get.

The food was great. Service was good. We were seated right next to the kitchen though. It was not a good experience. They have glass see-through barriers and it was very loud hearing the employees and sounds from the kitchen. Tough to have an intimate dinner for two when the kitchen is feet away.

Waiter was excellent - one guest has a gluten allergy and the waiter was very accommodating without making a big deal about it. Will be back

Amazing experience! Our server, Christian Abreu, provided one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. He was personable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout our meal. Christian is a true professional and a wonderful representative of The Capital Grille. We highly recommend requesting him if you're dining at the Paramus, NJ location — you won't be disappointed!

Worst food I ever ate. No flavor at all and over cook. Everything was bad. 🤦‍♀️ $325 for two people horrible

Wife ordered filet mignon, I had the sea bass, everything was perfect, service is top notch and the drinks are amazing. Suggest trying it.

First time going to CG. The service and attention to detail is definitely there. From Jose, our waiter assistant, to Gabriella Santucci, our waitress, both did a phenomenal job. Super welcoming, caring, engaging and ahead of our needs.
The food unfortunately was not to our liking. The shrimps from the shrimp cocktail had no flavor at all, you could tell they were frozen and thawed, unless you use an exuberant amount of cocktail sauce had no substance. The steak came rare instead of medium, the cream of spinach and wild mushrooms were super bland and in desperate need of salt/seasoning. Definitely not a $175 pp meal. Again, great service. The kitchen needs work.

The food and the service were exceptional and I really enjoyed both!! However I was surprised and disappointed that they don't serve the lunch menu at lunchtime on the weekend. I had reviewed the lunch menu online and knew what I wanted to order. But they only serve dinner on the weekend even at noon. I ended up carrying food home it was the only downside of an otherwise good experience

My daughters and I stopped into The Capital Grille after a day of shopping and had a wonderful meal! Pablo, our server, was so personable and thorough with getting our order just right! The Capital Grille is lucky to have Pablo on their team!
