The food was amazing , prices are outrageous affordable i recommend this restaurant ! Michael Ligon was the employee who was making sure that all time we would of get everything we ordered in a timely manner he made all of us table of 7 feel extremely welcome ! Food was great, being valentines day, kitchen was backed up but they knew and gave us drinks on the house...we never had to wait to get refills or to remove empty plates off the table, they were always on point and took care of everything on time....would definitely visit again

Amazing food and service! The chicken & mushroom risotto was amazing! 😋🤤 I especially liked the risottto! The French onion cup was so tasty too! Also the complimentary bread was amazing! The service was incredible and the staff made me and my girlfriend feel so special for our anniversary! They decorated our table for us and gave us a nice dessert on the house! Highly recommend this place to others! 😁

The hostess never smiles and and seems to give me attitude. She's always condescending with me.

when they burnt my steak the short manager with the eye glasses came over to see what's wrong but i didn't finish what I want to say and he walked away. It's surprising that Some employees have attitude.

The right toilet in the men's bathroom doesn't work which is weird for a high end restaurant.

The only good servers there are STEVE and TANYA

We recently went to The Capital Grille in Paramus for a small birthday gathering 4 adults and 5 kids. We were not in a private party room, just a regular dining table, yet we were told there was a spending minimum required for our table.
That was surprising and honestly disappointing. I understand spending minimums for private rooms or large formal events, but this was a normal table in the main dining area, and we were already planning to order full meals and drinks. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable to be pressured about a minimum, especially when dining with children.
The food was very good, and the service was polite, which is why I’m not giving a lower rating. However, the policy and the way it was handled took away from what should have been a relaxed family celebration.
If you are planning to dine here with a group — even if it’s not a private event — I strongly recommend asking in advance about spending limits, so there are no awkward surprises.

My first time here and not gonna be the last!! Everything was amazing and “ABBY” takes it to the next level. I enjoyed every single bite from the beginning to the end. Will definitely be coming back here again and again to explore the rest of the menu. 100 out of 10 for me.

This dining experience was really refined and elevated. The venue has this very 1950s 1960s classic Manhattan vibe to it with smooth jazz playing in the background. It’s refined but not pretentious. Our waitress was really the highlight of the experience. Her name was Abby and she really made this a fun lunch for the two of us. We operate a restaurant intend to find ourselves being a little critical when we go out to eat, but this experience checked off all our boxes and we took it to. The next level truly was the level of service we received from Abby. I will definitely come back and check the spot out again it was my first time and certainly not my last.

The food here was AMAZING. The tomahawk steak… wow. it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The lobster tail literally melted in my mouth — super tender and very flavorful.

And if you’re only getting one drink, make it the mojito. The mojito was fantastic and definitely gets you feeling nice

Service was okay — we only saw our waitress about twice and had to ask other waiters for refills or to find her. But overall, the food and the experience were still fantastic. I’d definitely come back!
