I ordered two lunch specials for me and my husband last week. I walked in and ordered in person. The woman behind the counter was friendly and the food came out quick. About the food - My husband liked his order of eggplant in garlic sauce and I liked my kung pao chicken. The friend chicken wings are good here too. Based on my experience alone, I would give 3.5 stars. I had a good experience and was happy to find a Chinese food spot so close to work... BUT then I started looking through other Yelpers photos and saw the one from Wendy D from last August (Aug 2023) that unfortunately I cannot UN-see... I want to be fair, but I'm not sure if I can recommend Tins to others now. Maybe that pic was a one-off because Tins appeared to have a steady stream of customers coming in for pick up while I was waiting, but... that photo.... Our was fine, but perhaps maybe heed Wendy's advice to inspect your food (it's a good practice for anywhere, I guess).

Prices are through the roof. They rush you off the phone and pretend they're listening, and they don't listen to a damn thing and are unapologetic. When you get the wrong order.Customer service is absolutely horrible. Is quality of food has gone way down hill. When you call to let them know that they made a mistake. They act like they don't care and they try to fight you. They must be preparing for closing soon.

Oh dear God!!! Today i stopped to get an Eggdrop Soup at this place and to my surprise it was a baby roach on the soup....I almost threw up!!! Never ever ever again!!!! This is the most disgusting thing I have experience from a Chinese restaurant!!!! If you go there please please check your food! I cant believed I started eating this soup before I realized a roach was in it!!! Yukkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

I wish I could give zero stars. Order the same thing 3 days in a row. And always different pricing. Today I called to ask why I wasn't told about about a $2 delivery fee when they never charged me that before and I usually give a $5 tip anyhow. For a $20 or $25 order, I think I am over-tipping in the first place but when I called to ask why they are doing this, I wasn't even allowed to speak by a man named Chin or Jim, who got upset and wouldn't let me speak. This guy is Very nasty, and kept saying that Uber and DoorDash and other companies charge a lot more... But that isn't the point because this is their own in-house delivery guy. They repeatedly get my orders wrong as they did again today. Their place is dirty and I literally watched them kick around a piece of chicken that fell on the floor instead of throwing it in the garbage... I am 100% certain that they are going to sell that to someone as food. DO NOT EAT THEIR RAT FOOD OR ORDER FROM THEM !!!

I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that didn't give enough white rice, gave me half a pint when my Shrimp with Lobster sauce entree comes with a full pint. Failed to tell me about combo order which is a better deal.

Mostly a pickup joint . Looking from outside I thought it was a full fledged restaurant .. once we went in, we realized that there are no tables , except one . No place to sit and eat . We took out few things . Veg items tasted average . Chicken was good. Soup was goood tooo. I didn't like veggie that much . Price is good though. Cheap compared to other places . Good parking facilities . Overall an average experience..

Great boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice. You can't go inside because of Covid. You have to order from the outside and they slide your food through the door. Like most places, the prices have sky rocketed. Even the fortune cookies have shrunk! I would come here again.

Orderd shrimp fried rice with chicken wings. The food was tasteless and as you can see in the picture only 5 shrimp in the rice. The chicken was very big and smelled funny. I couldn't eat it. Will not order again from this place, waste of my money.
