Really nice experience as a vegetarian. Had the tan tan and miso vegetarian ramen and both tasty. Tan tan had a nice spice. Vegetarian gyoza were nicely prepared. Liked the tofu bao buns.

I’ve been to this restaurant countless times, and each have nothing but wonderful service and great food. I am particular for the Chicken Katy’s Curry and Ube Frenchie Taiyaki. Both introduced to new flavors of food that easily have become strapless the atmosphere and set up is also so peaceful compared to the nonstop noise of the main part of the mall. Every mall stop requires me to go to Tojo’s.

Great ramen in Garden State. They even cook the noodles to your liking! Would highly recommend over the standard food court in the mall.

Solid ramen. Not NYC, but good for Jersey standards. Not many seats, and the manager kept coughing in and out of the kitchen. That was a little concerning.
