Went here for the first time, I usually don’t give out reviews, but this place is just too AMAZING. The girl server was so nice and welcoming. She even gave us holiday gifts. This is my new go to ramen place from now on!!! 🩷

Food was okay, but I was disappointed with the service. The waitress who attended to us was quite unprofessional. After we were seated, we waited about 10–15 minutes just to receive water, even though the restaurant was not busy.
She also said, ‘If you need something, you can call me,’ which felt unusual and not very welcoming. A simple, ‘Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here,’ would have been more appropriate. In addition, the Thai iced tea was not prepared well.
Overall, the experience was not pleasant, and I don’t plan on returning.

The place was a bit busy on Saturday but our server Jose was super attentive. The food was great overall. Soup was perfect, and they were able to change my pork to chicken.

Food is beautifully presented and service is friendly, though not as attentive as I would have hoped for and there was a bit of a language barrier.
Pricy for what you get.
Flavors were bland despite aesthetic presentation:
spicy ramen soup was missing salt and pork belly was fattier than most I’ve had. The broth was missing so much flavor overall.
Karaage chicken bao buns- chicken itself was cooked well and juicy, but the bao bun was missing some acidic component like a pickled veggie and more sauce and the buns were getting stuck to the tray they came in.
The Takoyaki was well seasoned, but also seemed to be missing spices and I wish it had more octopus in it.
My husband ordered the Korean chicken rice bowl which was cooked well, but it was mostly rice and the saving grace were the few prices of juicy flavorful fried chicken.
The place is huge and spacious and was not busy around the time we went. Loud Japanese pop music in background- wouldn’t mind if the volume were lower.
I think it has a lot potential if the flavors were improved.

Delicious and flavorful ramen! The Shio Truffle Ramen had a light and complex chicken based broth and included four pieces of roast beef. Highly recommend.

The young lady serving was the only good part of this spot. She was kind very attentive and well spoken. On the other hand the location is horrible as it's like chairs in the middle of a mall with curtains around. The food took forever to arrive and felt like over 30 minute just waiting on a Ramen and Rice Bowl. Then when the food arrived it was so bland it made no sense why they would charge so much money. Extremely expensive for a less than good mall kind of food. I'll never visit again and tell anyone who is a fan of Ramen to stay far away. Horrible not worth the time and definitely not worth the money.

The restaurant is usually not busy, probably because it is located at the end of a hallway. The restaurant is very very spacious. Each table is like a mile away from each other. Music was fire. The food is great. The ramen was one of the best I had. The eggs, the green onions were so fresh. The vegetables were really really fresh. I cannot repeat enough that this place is great. Even though it's hidden, I would definitely go again.

Terrible experience! The ramen here is the worst we’ve ever had. We arrived at 12:00 for lunch, the restaurant was empty. We were four and ordered 4 different ramen. We asked them NOT to put egg in the vegetarian one and said it few times. When the food came 30 min later, they had still put egg in the vegetarian ramen! The fish Ramen was tasteless. The egg was cold with ice inside! And NO! the egg should not be that cold as the waitress said, it should be at room temperature. We sent back two of the plates as the noodles were in clumps and half cooked. They came back after another 15 min and were no better. They charge 18$ for a ramen that has two very small pieces of meat and the rest is cheap noodles.
The only time I ever tipped 0$. Will not be back!
