This is a hidden Gem and really hard to find without a guide or map.
Went to the stall. Burger was delicious! But. Had to wait 40 minutes after making the order for it - that left the sides cold and was just simply too long. It’s also on the pricier side - so waiting that long left a sour taste. Hope they do better next time.

The food was delicious! Everything was so flavorful and was served in a timely manner. They even ask you if you have allergies beforehand which I thought was very considerate! The atmosphere is beautiful, with moody lighting to the decorations like a projector!! Very modern twist with cultural aspects put into place. 5/5!!

I’ve been to their restaurant and also have been multiple times at the Japan Festival too. I love their ramen and karaage and taiyaki! It’s always so soft and delicious also they are always so nice and friendly. I really love to visit their booth every time they come to festival. I love it!
An incredible gem hidden in the Westfield mall! Best ramen I have had in a while! Ample space in the restaurant, great seating options, wonderful service and an attentive waitress! The food was extraordinary! We'll be back!

The restaurant is clean. And it is spacious. And it is also not dark like at many places or other restaurants that is too dark and then it's too hard to eat. I also like that the bathroom is clean. And it's located inside gsp shopping mall so it's easy to go shopping afterwards.

I’ve been here for the second time yesterday at their Japan fes pop up on my first visit I just got the original karaage which was a few years back it was awesome!!. This time I got the teriyaki karaage and taiyaki set which was just as awesome!!. I don’t know what the sauce was but it went really well with the karaage the taiyaki was custard also amazing!!. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it out to the upper west side!!.
