Customer service has changed a lot, especially the quality of the breads since the management changed. The loaf of bread was rough just after 1 day. I just thought the breads I chose were old but the quality is consistently not as good as the previous management.

I visited around 6 PM on Saturday, there weren’t many options left to choose from by that time. They’re currently running a promotion where spending $25 gets you a free 2025 calendar. They also have a "buy three, get one free" deal on select bakery items.

How come they pack this kind of defective breads and sell it? Felt like wasted my money and time. Every single slice was like this shape and 1/3 portions are gone because of shape.

I ordered the strawberry cloud cake and my whole family threw up and had diarrhea the next day. when I called them to talk about it they decide to gaslight me and say it wasn’t them and that it was something else. awful management.
