If you come here on a weekend, expect a wait. It felt like a madhouse when I went with my family, until we got seated. Our waitress was super sweet, but clearly overwhelmed. Our food was great, but management should hire more people so that their staff isn’t stressed.

I have went to this diner a handful of times, and normally I am satisfied with the food and service. Today I was contemplating about leaving a bad review, but my waiter’s service changed my mind.
For lunch, I ordered a breakfast combo and an iced vanilla oat milk latte with decaf. The breakfast came out great, but when I got the iced latte it was super watered down. If I was able to at least taste the vanilla syrup and oat milk, I probably would have drank it without saying anything, but I could only taste water diluted liquid. (Granted decaf and oat milk latte would probably taste less strong, but it did not taste the way it usually did.)
I asked my waiter if they could remake it, but unfortunately it was more or less the same. (I think they just added another shot of espresso.)
That left a bad taste in my mouth, and I barely touched the “newly made” latte. However, upon seeing the barely untouched latte, my waiter asked me about it and said that he would be able to take it off my bill. I appreciated that gesture since I felt like I wasted money on an iced latte.

I have been eating there for the last few years and sometimes they’re good and sometimes they’re awful like today, I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was totally burnt, which is unacceptable cause they could have fixed the issue when they burn it. I brought it home then I saw it was totally burnt and not appetizing.
Griffin was excellent and helped make my little sister’s birthday special with his excellent service! This place was also super clean and the food was delicious!
