This was a pathetic excuse for service. We do not eat bacon, yet this location ignored our clear instructions and loaded it onto both the burger and the potato. It doesn’t matter why we don't eat it—we ordered it that way, and your staff completely failed at the simplest part of their job.
To make matters worse, half the order was missing: no nuggets, no drink, and no sides. It’s like the people working here can’t even read a receipt. We paid for a full meal and ended up with a bag of wrong food and missing items. This place is a disaster. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where the staff actually pays attention.

The food is always pretty decent however the drive through staff Monday evenings specifically the women the last few times I’ve been, barely speak. You say hello, they stare. You say thank you when they give the food they look and close the window. If they are nonverbal, my apologies but a wave would be nice. I understand if the food is good/decent I should be happy however customer service is a dying art.

Does Wendy's has a license to steal???? Cause that chicken Ceasars salad was not worth $11.00 and change. Please not even worth $5.00...it was a tiny 8 inches tray of sad looking iceberg lettuce (not fresh or crunchy, but stale and disgusting 😢. I didn't came back and return it, cause I was stuck in traffic, and trying to get back to the office. But they really need to tell their staff not to cooked the lettuce 🙄!!!

First time at Wendy's in a really long time, years perhaps. The burger was really good. Tomato and lettuce were crispy and not wilted, burger was hot and juicy, bacon was crispy and the bun was fresh! I was impressed
