We walked in to this location and found the manager Carmen H talking very rude to the employees and being very nasty to our cashier Brian she was screaming so bad that we even had to tell her thats not a way to speak to the employees you could tell in his face he was felling so bad and embarrassed for the way she was talking to him and he was doing such a great job taking orders!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Wendy’s due to an employee named Evrin. His behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The remarks he made during my visit were offensive and made me feel as though he was being racist toward me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for someone working directly with customers. Evrin’s attitude and tone were far from welcoming, and he is definitely not suited to be interacting with customers at the drive-thru. This experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously to ensure a more respectful and professional environment for all customers.

3am. Not a single person besides me and they still messed up my order! Simply amazing! I ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich on Wendy’s mobile app. They gave me a cheeseburger that was sloppy with ketchup and mayo it was disgusting looking. One simple order. No one else ordering and the can’t even make 1 simple sandwich. I understand when they are just things happen but this was just ridiculous. Also it’s Friday night and Wendy’s help isn’t available until Monday 8am?! Why isn’t there live agent chat like every other app? I wanted to go back and throw the cheeseburger in the drive-thru window to make a point. So I’m just out $10. I hope this deters people from using this Wendy’s. It’s not rocket science…you read what the order is. Find those items, then put them in a bag. Simple right?! Obviously not! And these people want more than minimum wage? For what?! They constantly get orders wrong. Imagine how much they make from this going on at each Wendy’s “restaurant”.

As a diabetic who gets lunch here often they mess up my Diet Coke sometimes. So my blood sugar goes over 400 when I don’t notice that it’s regular and not diet. The chicken biggie bag is great tho.

This Wendy's is good. I'm obsessed with the spicy chicken sandwiches so that what I usually get. Its always hot, fries are always hot and salted and I love their frosted. But the sandwich i recently had was not cooked all the way. I didn't even finish my sandwich after spending 36 dollars but over all the customer service is pleasant.
