The people weren't polite; they almost hit me. It's like they think you're coming to beg. I think they should learn a little about customer service, because with that attitude, they even take away your appetite.

This is my favorite Wendy's đ store manager is great service is amazing restaurant is clean and I recommend this one 100% ,I hope DM sees this and knows how fantastic this place is.

Itâs 1:00 PM, and they are refusing to serve me even though theyâre open until 2:00 PM.
went there for some nuggets I ordered a 10 piece and a 6 piece regular nuggets I received 2 6 piece spicy nuggets and the ice to drink ratio was ridiculous a little bit of care could have fixed this

I visited this location 12/12/25 around 2:45pm. The older African American lady at the pick up window gave me a soda which wasnât apart of my order. She walked away I was confused. When she came back to the window I told her itâs not mine and she got sooooo nasty with me! She said âWell you should have told me when I handed it to you, I canât take it backâ as I was still speaking and trying to explain that I was confused, she closed the drive thru window in my face and walked away. excuse me?? Itâs not my fault you are not paying attention. Itâs just a soda! You donât talk or treat paying customers that way for YOUR mistake. This is the 2nd time she got nasty to me at the window. Another time when i asked for sauce she yelled that itâs in the bag. I will not be visiting this location and I will be contacting corporate. Her attitude needs to be addressed.

I stopped by the Wendyâs drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and also added something else at the window. When we got to the window, the employee gave us a horrible attitude for no reason. It was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience unpleasant. We were polite and patient, but the way we were treated was rude and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customers shouldnât be made to feel uncomfortable just for placing an order.

We walked in to this location and found the manager Carmen H talking very rude to the employees and being very nasty to our cashier Brian she was screaming so bad that we even had to tell her thats not a way to speak to the employees you could tell in his face he was felling so bad and embarrassed for the way she was talking to him and he was doing such a great job taking orders!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Wendyâs due to an employee named Evrin. His behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. The remarks he made during my visit were offensive and made me feel as though he was being racist toward me. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for someone working directly with customers. Evrinâs attitude and tone were far from welcoming, and he is definitely not suited to be interacting with customers at the drive-thru. This experience left me feeling deeply uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this issue seriously to ensure a more respectful and professional environment for all customers.
The guy on the intercom was very aggressive in his tone. They didn't offer the son of baconator in a small size for some reason. I ended up not eating here unfortunately.
