The food is decent and fresh but when I tried to order my meal I was rushed to make my order and they did not accept my coupon. But the manager came to me after I ate and was preparing to leave, to pay me back the coupon amount in cash.

The manager here was very rude to us. the food was under cooked and when we took it back. He made us wait and was not happy with us. the when took it back a second time, he told us to throw the sandwich out if we were not happy.

Not all Wendy's are the same. This one is just so well run. I'm here pretty much once a week with my son. The staff are so friendly. They actually know our order so they enter it as we walk up. It's so nice to see people who are friendly. The food here is exceptionally well done. There are times when I have to wait for my burger to cool down a bit before I can eat it. THAT's how fresh it is. I have gone to other Wendy's in Manhattan lately and the quality there is NOT at all like it is here. Just an all around pleasure to go here. Everyone here deserves the highest praise. Give the staff big fat raises, please!Parking: Decent enough spaces. Like most fast food places, they seem to do more via drive thru but the dining room is never empty when we eat there (usually mid week).

Went through drive thru last night. Bought a single classic cheeseburger on a pretzel bun only ketchup and 6 plain nuggets. Bottom of bun was burnt. Called tonight basically the manager called me a liar in so many words and must have been another Wendy's place. The pretzel buns are at the same temperature couldn't be burnt. Might dig it out of the garbage with the receipt to prove them wrong. Black is burnt right? Just the principal of it.
Dumbest Wendy's i've gone too. Placed an order for pickup and specifically put it for drive through. Wait in the line for 15 minutes and they tell me i can't pick it up in the drive through i have to go inside. Show them my order and how i put through and they still don't understand. Steer clear. It seems they don't know what they're doing.
