I had a horrible experience. I ordered my food and frosty when I get up to pay the girl just seemed to have an attitude. I asked for my receipt when I looked on the receipt not only was I charged for a whole different meal from what I asked for but both my frostys were wrong and items were removed from what I ordered. I told the lady about the mistakes and she had an attitude because she messed up my order. When I get home to eat I didn’t even get the right burgers I ordered. I am disappointed and I want someone to reach out because the service was horrible and I do not appreciate the worker having and attitude with me because she wasn’t listening when I ordered my food and the fact that I didn’t even get the right things.

Place was fast and the food was as good as Wendy's offers! (It's my favorite ff place)
The workers always seem to give you someone else's order at the drive thru. Even if you ordered via the Wendy's app and tell them the name of the order, they still hand off someone's random food. When you say it's incorrect, they happily give you the proper order placed and apologize.
The workers seem nice enough, and they pay attention to item customizations, but they do not listen to you when it's time to actually pick up.
