January 13 2025, 3:20 pm. The African American male who was in the drive thru was very disrespectful because he thinks I gave him 20 cents less of what my food cost. My total was 5.32 I gave him 5.35. A quarter and a dime. Counted it twice. Started harassing me because he thought I gave him 5.15. Very unprofessional. It’s Wendy’s, fast food. It was never that serious bro. I gave him extra change for him to keep for himself.

The staff at the drive-through were extremely rude during my recent visit. One of the employees started yelling at me about a rule I had no prior knowledge of, as there were no signs or information indicating it. Instead of informing the rule to me in a respectful and professional manner, she chose to raise her voice. This behavior was uncalled for and left a negative impression. The team needs to work on treating customers with respect and handling situations in a more reasonable and courteous way.

Just ordered 3 cheese burger I got bacon cheese burger and we Can not eat bacon. Once I got home and I found the wrong order I called the number provided on their website is not a working number. I gave them 0 cause is not the first time

The most off putting thing is that EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE. handles food without any gloves. Literally watched the manager who was staring at me right back put fries on a plate and use her bare hands, gloveless to push fries further into the black plate, package it like it was no big deal and set aside for a delivery. Come on. It’s 2024. It’s freaking nasty! Where are your standards? Health dept should be notified immediately
I get it you’re working a minimum wage corporate job but sanitation standards shouldn’t go out the window. They’re set in place for the health and safety of everyone. Use them. Or the franchise owner should be made aware to handle the situation head on and find a new team or implement proper training.
Also witnessed the cashier who handled my CASH payment with her bare hands walk over to the fry station and put my French fries in a container using her bare hands.
