Ordered a lemonade I noticed that she did not fill the cup all the way I asked her To top off, she put the cup by the machine, fake like she filled it and then closed it

this is why I will not be tipping at stores like this. This woman act like it was going to kill her, cause the store to shut down. By topping off a cup that she should be doing anyway

This has to be the WORST Wetzel Pretzel I've ever been to. Whoever the older lady running the register is, she is beyond rude and obnoxious, it took everything in me to not explode. The pretzels are horrible. I ordered cinnamon bites but you might as well order plain because there's barely any coating. I see others have said the same. I went back and told her the bites barely had any cinnamon on them. I was about to ask if they could just put some cinnamon in a cup for me but the angry troll ripped the bag out of my hand and threw them out. I told her there was no need to waste food. She was completely annoyed, went to the back to do I don't know what, handed me a new bag with half the original quantity of pretzels and with little to no cinnamon on them again. What was the point of that? Never again! Aunt Annie's is way better. So to all reading this don't waste your money!

Every time I come to this mall I get cin-a-bites but when I eat it the top is coated but when I get to the bottom it’s not the same as the top so it’s like when I’m eating it I’m also wasting my money bc of the bottom not fully coated so I always end up throwing them away because who wants to eat something they got but get to the bottom and it not being the same as the top pieces.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent interaction I had with one of your customer service associates at Bergen Town Center mall on 2/28 and 3/01.

During my interaction with Ericka I found her behavior to be rude and unprofessional “she claimed the only form of payment for an specific item is with CASH” Ericka dismissed my concerns without listening, she had a condescending tone and she refused to provide assistance despite my polite request. On 3/1 another associate was able to take care of the issue with no problem, and Ericka again had a condescending tone towards me.
I believe that customer service should be handled with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter appropriately to ensure better service in the future.

We always buy wetzel's pretzels on multiple locations we visit as a family. Today was one of the worst cinnamon bites pretzels we ever had overcooked, no flavor, barely any cinnamon. We felt like we were eating an all toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon. We will never visit this location again. What a disappointing experience.

Lack of attention toward customer request and orders. Due to the fact that employees are using electronic devices at work like airpods and can't hear the customer because they are too busy discussing with others over their phones. Employee 70 is one in particular seems to do that very often this is my 3rd time in a month and I rather head elsewhere instead. Please implement customer service practices this is not how I would represent your names or service.

Customer service there is poor they barely understand what you say half the time I like my pretzel dip the second time and butter I'm hearing that there's a fee for that which is why I haven't been back to what's a pretzel and I am a faithful customer

Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.

The way myself and my son were treated !!! Is horrible!!! The Spanish lady at the register spoke to us with the most disrespect I have ever been spoken too!!! She couldn't speak English well and when asked her to please repeat. She snapped at my young child !! The people behind as they walked off said she is always rude they have complained many times about her and yet she still has a job!!! I will contact corporate!! Not to mention. Employee number 70 (on my receipt) I saw u on purpose coughing all over the pretzels. As u were angry!! Get a new job!! Fire her immediately!!

Employee number 70 was so rude here’s the back story.i wanted the pepperoni pretzel bites. she said 10 minute wait so i said ok and came back in 15 minutes. then the said 7 more minutes then i said what because her broken english and she said 30 i said 30! she said i don’t know how many times i have to tell you. i said im sorry what did you say and everyone in line left. i said can i get the full pepperoni pretzel and she said they don’t have them but i look over and see 10+ in the heating area.20$ for 2 pretzels. Rude lady who was short and spanish. Then i left with my food. if your a millionaire and don’t care to be yelled at come here. The pretzels were good but not the best

I’m here to say that the old short fat Spanish lady is incredibly rude and horrible at customer service. Please fire her!! She is looking at me like I have 5 heads for an order of two pretzels. What is wrong with these people?
