Lack of attention toward customer request and orders. Due to the fact that employees are using electronic devices at work like airpods and can't hear the customer because they are too busy discussing with others over their phones. Employee 70 is one in particular seems to do that very often this is my 3rd time in a month and I rather head elsewhere instead. Please implement customer service practices this is not how I would represent your names or service.

Customer service there is poor they barely understand what you say half the time I like my pretzel dip the second time and butter I'm hearing that there's a fee for that which is why I haven't been back to what's a pretzel and I am a faithful customer

Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.

The way myself and my son were treated !!! Is horrible!!! The Spanish lady at the register spoke to us with the most disrespect I have ever been spoken too!!! She couldn't speak English well and when asked her to please repeat. She snapped at my young child !! The people behind as they walked off said she is always rude they have complained many times about her and yet she still has a job!!! I will contact corporate!! Not to mention. Employee number 70 (on my receipt) I saw u on purpose coughing all over the pretzels. As u were angry!! Get a new job!! Fire her immediately!!
Employee number 70 was so rude here’s the back story.i wanted the pepperoni pretzel bites. she said 10 minute wait so i said ok and came back in 15 minutes. then the said 7 more minutes then i said what because her broken english and she said 30 i said 30! she said i don’t know how many times i have to tell you. i said im sorry what did you say and everyone in line left. i said can i get the full pepperoni pretzel and she said they don’t have them but i look over and see 10+ in the heating area.20$ for 2 pretzels. Rude lady who was short and spanish. Then i left with my food. if your a millionaire and don’t care to be yelled at come here. The pretzels were good but not the best
Horrible experience at the store I will be calling corporate and making sure they are aware that the store is bombing in the reviews. No one speaks English so good luck if you do.
I’m here to say that the old short fat Spanish lady is incredibly rude and horrible at customer service. Please fire her!! She is looking at me like I have 5 heads for an order of two pretzels. What is wrong with these people?

I would like to talk about the rude and unnecessary staff treatment of the old spanish lady with glasses and the manager himself who both of them think they own the store but thankfully they do not, the manager also wears glasses and looks spanish/inidian and I think his name is Jose. This guy lacks manners, empathy, and respect, whoever hired him needs to fire him asap since this guy knows nothing about customer service and will be the reason of losing customers. Long story short, my pregnant sister wanted a cheese pretzel that was not the top one, she asked the old lady that she wanted the pretzel below but she denied, and the manager was standing doing nothing. I understand it is just a pretzel, but my sister came to me and was upset. I went back and I was ready to have a very big argument with this rude manager and the old lady, but I did not want to upset my sister more than she already was from them. FOR THE OLD LADY AND THE MANAGER, WHAT IF THIS WAS SOMEONE YOU LOVED, SPOUSE, KIDS, WOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS ???? Anyways, I am not looking for an email, or anyone to take this seriously because I am sure they will not fire the manager and the lady (It will be best for the place if they do) , but I am strongly positive that BAD KARMA is unforgiving and will never forget anyone that forbid another human from the food they crave, ESPECIALLY IF YOU EVER UPSET A PREGNANT WOMAN OVER FOOD!

This place is horrible and the manager doesn't know how to treat customers. I asked for a specific pretzel, him and his employee refused to give me the one that I wanted. VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AND HIS EMPLOYEE.

Wish I could give no stars. This place is horrible. Every stand / store in that mall; their employees have the worst customer service for starters. Secondly, the pretzel taste stale. The lemonade taste like water and lemon juice that comes in a green bottle. It’s like they reheat 3 day old pretzels. Westfield mall was better off putting Cinnabon, Auntie Ann’s, Toll house & insomnia cookies to take y’all place.
