Wetzel's Pretzels

I applied on an app called Indeed, before it said “typically this employer responds within ten days” TWO WEEKS have passed without A-N-Y word possible, THEN when I go back to the app, it says “typically this employer responds within one day” and so when I confronted them he told me that he was going to look at my application and get back to me and I NEVER did, I called the number on the website SOOO many times but it would always go straight to voicemail, and when I would message them on Indeed I still wouldn’t get word back, all I want to do is discuss the topics of my application, that’s all and yet it’s so difficult to do THAT, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Horrible service. Alret!!!!!!! Must check the receipt before paying!!!! A person working at the cash register charged me for something else with a sauce that I did not even want, and she did not know what i ordered. That person also gave me the wrong order. I requested a refund for the sauce being charged, but they said it would take 24 hours. I don't know what they explained to me about the refund. Very suspicious.
- following up with the refund process after 24 hours: The money wasn't refunded at all. What a shame!!!!!!!!

First off the person working there was kinda rude. Whatever I ignore. Get a cup of the tiny pretzels bottle water and dipping sauce which you now have to pay for and total was $15!! Okay fine. Maybe it's really premium snack. Wrong again. Pretzels were kinda stale. Not all the way but potentially day olds .I dont know. I am on a full on boycott of this chain. I understand rent at these malls is high but you need to adjust your business model .either find cheaper rents or get better products. But I cannot understand how this will continue to stay in business at these pricing levels.

Overpriced. Salty or too saucy. Will change your order and upcharge to pretzel pieces if you dont double check your order.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! Purchased a 16 oz. bottle of Poland Spring water for $3.19. That equates to $12.76 per gallon. Gas is cheaper! Corporate greed at it's finest.

Very terrible. It was 8:58 pm store was about to close my son said can we get Wetzel Pretzels b4 we leave I said yes. As soon as we arrive the worker pulls down the gate and says sorry we are closed. I said well what are you going to do with all that inventory. He replied we are throwing it in the trash. I said don't throw that away my son is hungry he will eat it. The guy said no and proceeded to throw away inventory. I said I'll pay for it he said sorry we are closed. Very poor service and a waste of food. If your throwing food away what's wrong with giving it away??? This happened in the Garden State Mall near the exit and close to the Macy's entrance. P.S. you guys give away samples everyday. But you would rather throw away food infront of a hungry kid. Shame on you and your policies Wetzel Pretzels. I won't spend another dime there and will continue to spend the word.

This place near Macy is Burned and over priced$15.00 for 8 burn little hard pieces & 1 large Sooooo sweet lemon aid that you can't even drink...

My mom and I often go to Wetzels Pretzels in the evening and we usually enjoy our food. But today we went to to the Wetzels Pretzels it was more than half an hour before they closed but when I asked when they were closing the employee refused to sell us any food saying that they were already closed. Very disappointing.
