Very terrible. It was 8:58 pm store was about to close my son said can we get Wetzel Pretzels b4 we leave I said yes. As soon as we arrive the worker pulls down the gate and says sorry we are closed. I said well what are you going to do with all that inventory. He replied we are throwing it in the trash. I said don't throw that away my son is hungry he will eat it. The guy said no and proceeded to throw away inventory. I said I'll pay for it he said sorry we are closed. Very poor service and a waste of food. If your throwing food away what's wrong with giving it away??? This happened in the Garden State Mall near the exit and close to the Macy's entrance. P.S. you guys give away samples everyday. But you would rather throw away food infront of a hungry kid. Shame on you and your policies Wetzel Pretzels. I won't spend another dime there and will continue to spend the word.

Cashier was so rude. Rude attitude and was basically yelling at my mom, she doesn’t speak English well so she was confused what he meant. DIDNT have to scream at us, worker needs to go. Unacceptable.

My mom and I often go to Wetzels Pretzels in the evening and we usually enjoy our food. But today we went to to the Wetzels Pretzels it was more than half an hour before they closed but when I asked when they were closing the employee refused to sell us any food saying that they were already closed. Very disappointing.

Pretty standard wetzel pretzel located at Garden State Plaza. Definitely my favorite plain pretzel out of the pretzel chains.

The location downstairs by finish line ! The girl Britney was obviously having a bad day , had a nasty attitude and threw our bags and straws ! I ordered the cinnamon bites and she made me pay for the sauce ! I’ve never paid for the sauce that supposed to come with it ! Horrible experience she needs to go get a job she is happy at because she was miserable
