El Azteca Mexican Restaurant - Park Ridge

They had incorrect prices advertised on their catering menu we ordered over $ 200 worth of food that costed us $ 50 more at pick up time because their info was not accurate. They did not offer to compensate us for their mistake in not having correct prices on their website. A tray of chicken fajitas was listed as $70 online and they charged us $ 85 at pick up time and that happened with everything that we ordered. I stopped in the next day to speak to a manager who was not there and was never called back. I will never return there again because they did not do the right thing for our situation but sure enough they updated their prices on website however never bothered to call me back to apologize or even offer us a credit or gift card for the extra money we had to now pay because of their mistake. Shame on you El Azteca- this is BAD BUSINESS

The older woman at the register is extremely rude and unfriendly. No hello, thank you, you're welcome. Nothing. She just stood there with a straight face saying no words. I asked for sour cream on the side she wrote it down. Well there was no sour cream in the bag. Big surprise!

Affordable Mexican. Tamales are mostly excellent although sometime too much fat in the meat. Sopes great value although sometimes same issue with too much fat in the carrnitas. Burritos always great. Huaraches a hidden gem.

Literally so good. This place is one of my favorite spots to go to. I don’t even have a picture because I stuffed my meal into my mouth the second I get it. It’s that good.

I used to love this place. They messed up a previous order pretty bad. Chalked it up to growing pains because they just renovated and expanded the location. Nope. Went back tonight and they missed half the order. No one checks to see everything is in the order before they hand it to the customer. Doubt I will go back.

I like the food, the question is, is it worth 45 minutes for take out? I don’t think so, maybe for something complex but not for a burrito and guacamole.

The best mexican food to order. I love the steak burrito so much. It’s my comfort food, and I love the salsas. My favorite place, and I’ve been going here for 5 years now! <3

This place NEVER disappoints. Food is always spot on, fast and delicious. It’s our company’s go to spot for work lunches and while I live 5 minutes from the Mahwah location, I purposefully drive 20 minutes to come here because the food is so much better!

Sadly I’ve never taken one photo of my food which is so rare for me. Promise to get one next time!

I ordered a nacho taco with steak, the food was tasteless what helped was the guacamole had a little salt. I’m upset. I was forced to eat it because how much I paid. Please put flavor in the food!

The last two times we’ve ordered, the girl on the phone has been extremely rude. I spelled out my order and even read the description, yet she insisted that wasn’t what I said and acted like she didn’t understand. She gave me attitude both times, and the same attitude continued when I went in to pick up the food. We’ve never had issues here before until recently, so this has been really disappointing. Not sure we’ll be ordering again, which is a shame because we used to enjoy coming here.
