Walked out this morning I made a mistake with order wanted a egg everything bagel instead of a normal everything the kid behind the counter slamed his hand on counter in discuss ... I don't need the attitude at 9am on a Monday morning won't be back lots of other choice around area.

Ordered a bagel lightly toasted with a little butter for my commute to work today. I open the tin foil and the bagel is covered in butter as if its cream cheese- total nasty- why give an order if it cannot be followed- light butter is pretty easy- so upset I pulled over- took a picture and tossed it in the garbage- that's how I feel about this Goldbergs right.

It’s my second home. I take my 18 month old here 3-4 times/week and everyone is always so welcoming, kind, and the food is your typical (amazing) deli/bagel shop grub. Highly recommend and I am very happy that my daughter gets to grow up around the staff here :)

Ordered a egg, cheese and turkey bacon very well done & literally got a sandwich with raw bacon on it. Paid extra for turkey bacon just to pick it out of the sandwich in order for it to be edible.

The staff here is not friendly. They always get my order wrong, the receipt is right, but when I open my order, it is always wrong. Food is 10/10, service is trash.

This place is a joke I had a pickup here for uber eats. When I Arrived I saw the order sitting on a table and asked if the order was ready the kid behind the counter said now it was gonna be a few minutes. So I stood there for more than 20 minutes and then I started to get angry because I knew that the order was ready from the time I got there so. I asked him again if he could please get me my order and he said oh it's gonna take five more minutes. Now just to let everybody know. It was a bagel and cream cheese and 2 orange juice. So I eventually told him that I know the order is there and to please give it to me. He eventually handed it to me after 30 minutes of waiting. And because of his Ability to be so stupid I was late to my delivery and now I'm out $25 because of him and because he took so long to give. Me my order when it was ready from the moment I walked in.It baffles me that the kid in the Yankees had his allowed to work there if hes that stupid especially when he stood busy talking and I. Know that the orders there and he? Makes me. Weigh and play. And weigh? How can you have somebody like that work there it's ridiculous.I've never seen a place Full of people that were so stupid in my life if it takes me 30 minutes to get to the delivery. How do you not have an order ready at that point when there was nobody in the store?And then when I told you that it's ready you said it's no And because of the stupid kid in the Yankees had. I'm now out almost $25 since I had a pay for the order.That's OK though because to my thousands of friends the follow me from that town. I will make sure that I sync that please once in for all because that experience was just ridiculous and I'm going to post my story on ig toinght.

I have ALWAYS gone to Pearl River for bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I never thought to go anywhere else because I have been going there for over 10 yrs. Well, I stopped at Goldberg's in Park Ridge one day and was pleasantly surprised. My Taylor Ham and melted cheese sandwich was better then ever. I wanted to see if they are consistent by going there every week for a month and THEY ARE!!! Not only do they melt the cheese in-between the Taylor Ham, the do it ALL the time!! I hate cold cheese on my sandwich, and their Taylor Ham portion is very generous. Thank you to Goldberg's for your generosity and for having a fantastic chef at the grill :)

With all the bagel shops in the area. Just OK should not be a choice a little disappointed with the toughness of the bagel. And actually the amount of cream cheese was disappointing. Service was nice and parking lot was plenty of parking. I guess I got them on a bad day. I will try another place.
