Mac Bliss (Inside El Tajin)

This is a ghost kitchen with terrible Mac and cheese. Ordered two bowls and they messed up both. Pulled pork had corn for some reason and they didn’t add any of the toppings I requested. Minimal meat and barely ANY cheese. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I 100% would! Not only was the female employee extremely unfriendly and miserable looking, the food was prepared absolutely horribly! I spent $15.99 on seafood mac and cheese and instead got overcooked pasta over some pieces of seafood with NO CHEESE! My husband broccoli cheddar mac and cheese had barely any broccoli and the few pieces it did have were overcooked and so was his pasta! Do NOT waste your money here!!!

Ordered take out and got the max and cheese with broccoli, there was no broccoli and no cheese , how can you sell Mac and cheese with no cheese it was so dry and gross should not even be a

Friendly service, variety of tacos they have the birria , tortas and some delicious drinks, diablito is my favorite.

Got the bacon Mac and loaded fries, whole meal tasted like cigarette smoke. Absolutely

This place was not there.

We went here couple times and it just isn't an organized place. The last time we ordered takeout they forgot one item and another item was the wrong dish. The food is OK, but the lack of organization is where the rating is from.

We stopped here today to check it out. Probably the most flavorful Mexican food in the area that's not named Torti Taco. Everything was great, from the salsa to the iced tea. Our dishes were outstanding. This is our #1 Mexican restaurant now. Keep up the fantastic food!

Saw some mixed reviews, but decided to give them a shot given they are new. Never again! Ordered Chicken Fajitas, which is a pretty standard Mexican dish on most menus. What I got was a container with a huge greasy brick of cheese with a ton of bacon and a few pieces of chicken and peppers/onions. Nowhere in the description does it even list cheese (which normally would come on the side anyways at most places) and instead got a brick of cheese. No thanks, we will go back to our usual Azteca down the street. Best of luck to this business if the rest of their menu is this awful.
