I was completely taken aback today by the treatment at Pop Empanada. There was a mixup with our order and they were incredibly rude and unaccommodating to our food allergies. There aren’t many options in the area for empanadas so if you’re craving one, don’t want to travel far and customer service isn’t important to you then I guess this place can work. But if you care about being treated well as a customer I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This man knows his empanadas, excels in his craft and his service. The guy threw in an extra empanada because he’s proud of his brisket and for good reason. He makes the best empanadas I’ve ever eaten. Gonna gain like 30 lbs but worth it. Polite, understanding, patient but best of all his hands have been blessed to make the best authentic and original empanadas your taste buds will ever have the grace of tasting. 10/10 if you eat there and didn’t try his sauce go back and try it again.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been here twice and both times the food was spectacular. The only thing better than the food here is the fantastic customer service. I happened to be craving empanadas one night and I drove by to pick up some and realized they were having a reserved dining night and when I walked in I was told they closed the kitchen and were not taking takeout orders.I was bummed but understood; on the way out I believe the owner stopped me and asked me what I wanted to eat. I told him my order and around 10 mins later he showed up outside and hand delivered me empanadas on the house! I was so grateful and was utterly shocked at how accommodating he was. absolutely amazing place with an even more amazing staff. 10/10 recommend! :)

Apart from Empanadas being delicious, there was an issue with the delivery vendor and the staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure I received my food on time. Really recommend this place!
