Someone needs to train their staff on costumer service. I wanted to try the nitro coffee drink that you have and it's my first time going in to a Starbucks. So I guess I was standing at the pick up spot. This young man behind the counter looked at me and said how can i... help you?? I said I would like a nitro whatever it was very good by the way.. he goes well the cashier is over there.. rude and condescending . I was like then why did u ask me if I needed help. So then a nice young lady helped me. But this person needs to be retrained or something.. I was in there about 330 on Tuesday. The gentleman had blonde hair. It was my first impression of starbucks. Being that the coffee drink I purchased was great I will not be going back because of your rude staff member thank you

A nice Starbucks location. Very fast service. Staff was pretty friendly. Loved how much light this place had. Only thing was cleanliness could be improved and the tables have seen better days. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again if I’m ever in the area.

Chilli CoCo Peeke
I came here a few days ago and order a simple cookie and a grande apple fall drink. After 10 minutes of waiting it still wasn’t too busy and my singular cookie and small drink weren’t out. The staff moved incredibly slow and then said someone must’ve taken my drink (which wasn’t true since I was watching every order that came out). The lady then proceeded to make my drink and it tasted disgusting. Way too much milk and under-filled. As a barista myself I know that this untruthfulness and slow lazy behavior promotes such a negative customer service experience. I will not order here again.
