I love it here, extremely nice and warm staff. I spelled my drink and they cleaned it up for me and offered to make me a new one and I even asked to help clean but they got it covered. I am studying for a very important exam and they helped ease my stress.
Store Manager Kaitlyn is always very welcoming. Store looks great and clean. My husband and I come here every week, and it our drinks are always perfect! Team is very friendly, always a great atmosphere! Highly recommend this location!
Someone needs to train their staff on costumer service. I wanted to try the nitro coffee drink that you have and it's my first time going in to a Starbucks. So I guess I was standing at the pick up spot. This young man behind the counter looked at me and said how can i... help you?? I said I would like a nitro whatever it was very good by the way.. he goes well the cashier is over there.. rude and condescending . I was like then why did u ask me if I needed help. So then...
