Normally a great place but had a not great experience today. Employee made my coffee with no coffee in it and when asked to be remade said it was a kids drink that didn’t have any coffee. It was a sugar cookie breve - has three shots in a venti. When asked to remake he put a shot of espresso but cup was all sticky because there wasn’t enough room in the cup and ruined the cold foam I paid an extra $2 for. I love it here, extremely nice and warm staff. I spelled my drink and they cleaned it up for me and offered to make me a new one and I even asked to help clean but they got it covered. I am studying for a very important exam and they helped ease my stress.
Store Manager Kaitlyn is always very welcoming. Store looks great and clean. My husband and I come here every week, and it our drinks are always perfect! Team is very friendly, always a great atmosphere! Highly recommend this location!
