We were traveling through the area for a wedding and stopped in for lunch. The staff was welcoming, the decor was adorable, and the food was great. Lobster Bisque and lobster roll was absolutely spot on. If we were local we would definitely become regulars.

The prices were reasonable, considering the exceptional quality and quantity of food. And met the owner of the restaurant, he is super nice and friendly. This is our new favorite local seafood restaurant.

My claims with pasta.. claims were loaded with sand. I advised the waitress she would not let me talk to owner …watch my party eat without me. My wife ordered scallops plain came loaded with butter Would not replace..they did not apologize. We had to watch our party eat without us. Will never go back Quality of food ???. Asked to speak to the owner they said he was to busy to speak with us.
I take umbrage to your answer. We were so polite.. Your waitress who is mother told us you made the mistake.she said you do not want to talk to my son because he has a temper. Next time do not serve sandy claims. Having people run through the cafeteria while eating is like eating at the Jersey shore on the boardwalk.So continue to be dishonest this is how you run your establishment. We will continue to go to bellissimo and Osso Buco this is where will continue to dine not out of tin pans

This is the first time getting food from here(tried a few months ago but was too busy with an hour plus wait).. the decor is nice,the food was good,the price was good and portions were good. I think everyone should try it,it's very good food for what they charge.. my only snag is with the phone service and counter service.. if feels like I'm talking to someone's mom and kid sister while ordering and paying.. it's like they have no training at all. Burger King or Taco Bell has better communication than here.. again,not a reason not to go and try the food but hopefully they get a little more training..

had a wonderful dining experience at Pier at 192. The atmosphere was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Our waitress , Miriam, was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect meal, making us feel so cared for throughout the evening. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and genuine. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be returning. must try malt vinegar on your fries
Most excellent. My fish and chips were as good as fish and chips can be. GIVE IT A SHOT! Food, excellent. Portion size, lots of fish with my fish and chips. I like this place. I get delivery with Door Dash. Door Dash deliveries and not alwayS on time. If you have not tried the Pier, I suggest you do. For leftovers, I suggest using an air frier.

I’m so happy we came here to eat. The food was incredible and they are very generous with their portions. Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. Also, Eddie was our server and was so kind, personable, and hard working. Ralph (I believe the owner) came to introduce himself and checked on us and was extremely friendly. This is a place where the owner and workers really care about their customers

Finally tried the Pier after passing so many times and initially thinking it was a fresh seafood market. Ordered fish and chips for takeout with the steak fries. Super fresh and all remained crispy during my ride home. Definitely going back to tried the broiled fishes and the seafood pastas. Super friendly staff and low key, very casual atmosphere.
