Not gonna lie the Italian ice is great, but there was a guy inside spraying Windex on a rag, but the overspray was getting into all the ice cream. Super disappointing.

We found Uncle Louie G's last year on our return trip back home. They're at the top of the hill on Park Avenue behind the Ridge Diner and next to Krauszer's. They serve handmade Italian ices and ice cream that's to die for. The staff are super friendly and the prices are very fair. Generous portions and quick service.

Great and friendly service. It's great to visit a place with the owner and staff recognized you and you are treated like family. That is just rare. Huge variety and they're always happy to let you sample!! Enjoy!!!

The flavors here are so spot on, it's mind blowing to feel like you're actually eating a chocolate jelly roll. The cannoli flavor is a real cannoli, I don't know how they do it. The location and atmosphere are excellent, the tables and benches and Adirondack chairs arranged in a circle out front have that comfortable customer-friendly feel. The line does get long but the staff is quick and the flavor is so worth it. They have so many options, from water ice to cream ice to ice cream. They also have pints to go and you can mix flavors and types. So good!
