Everything was great until the server mixed up the drinks.
We told him about the mix up and said it was okay we’ll keep the drinks just send out an additional drink and everything is good. The server gave off a nasty look and “yeah yeah yeah” us then we watch him go over to the bartender and complain about the mix up.
Our waitress came back to ask about the mix up but the damage was already done. The server created an ick from there we were turned off I didn’t have anything after that. More than likely won’t come back the issue was not handled properly. Upper management was not contacted or anything

Stopped there to meet a friend who I haven't seen in 40 years. He's s regular there. It has a great sports bar with plenty of TVs all around. Our server, Amanda, was friendly and attentive. She made us feel valued. The smash burgers were delicious. The coleslaw was a little bland, but fresh. It's in s good location, right next door to Texas Roadhouse.

Leaving 5 Stars mainly for our Waiter Sean. We were here on monday 12/29 as soon as the doors opened and it started filling up instantly. Sean was not only attentive, but he was running around like a chicken without a head to make sure he took care of all of his people. He was so polite, and made sure we knew all there was to offer & even recommended some awesome suggestions. He brought us refills before we could even ask and all of our food was served fresh and hot. He really payed incredible attention ro us. He is a true definition of incredible customer service. Will come back here nust for him! And if i could leave 10 stars i would. People like Sean add such an amazing touch to a restaraunt. We were in great hands.

As a veteran, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, especially when presenting a valid, government-issued military ID. Unfortunately, my experience at Bubba’s fell well short of that standard.
The food itself was excellent—no complaints there. However, the service was poor, rude, and inattentive from start to finish. My waitress got my order wrong and responded with attitude when I politely asked a question about the drink menu. When I presented my military ID, which is legally valid identification, the staff member refused to serve me alcohol without providing a clear or respectful explanation.
What made the situation worse was the inconsistency and apparent bias: the same staff member did not request ID from another customer nearby, yet singled me out. This selective enforcement came across as unprofessional and inappropriate.
Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and impartial. Regardless of personal beliefs or attitudes, staff are expected to treat all patrons equally and professionally. While the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing, the front-of-house staff needs serious improvement.
Great food does not excuse disrespectful or unprofessional service. Until that is addressed, I would hesitate to return or recommend this establishment.

Went here for the first time this past weekend for football. Great atmosphere and food. Had raffles and games throughout the day. Had a game where if you correctly pick the winners of all the football games you win a prize, nailed all of them, now just waiting to hear if I won. Great place to go for games.
