First time at Bubba's 33. My husband, son and I went for dinner on recommendation of a friend. I have to remember to thank her for telling us about Bubba's. Best dinner ever! Food was sooooo good, and, more important, HOT! Not warm....HOT. Appetizers, everything, was delicious. But what really made the night such a pleasure (as if the food wasn't enough!) was out server, Josh. He was just so friendly and very knowledgeable, and patient with our questions or requests. Our entire night at Bubba's was great! Will definitely frequent this place! Will be hoping for Josh again as our server! Kudos!!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience at dinner last night. I asked for chicken tenders for take out and when my kids opened their boxes the food was ridiculously over cooked. I called the location back not to ask for money back but a reorder of the same dish and was told that I needed to speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager Steph and was pretty much given a run around story and was told there was not much they could do. I have worked in the food industry as a store manager and making the customer happy should be the first priority. I will not be returning here at all.

Visited here the other night for my second time along with some friends. The beer is good and the boneless wings are great too, but could be tossed around in the sauce a few more times so the wings are evenly coated. Bbq chicken pizza was somewhat ok, besides the chicken on top. The burgers were decent but not the best my friends said. The service was not good though. Our server was nice although he kept forgetting about us. When we ordered drinks they took very long to come even though there was barely anyone at the bar/restaurant and I was able to see the bartender making them. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon at least.

I used to visit this restaurant with my partner for years, and last Monday around 7:00 pm we had the worst experience we have ever had in any other restaurant, from a racist waitress and manager, to a totally unpleasant meal, we ordered some hamburgers and our meats were totally burnt and tasteless, I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink and when the manager on duty came to my table to ask if everything was okay, she asked her where is my drink? because I had been waiting for it for 20 minutes and her response was rude and unjustifiable, apart from the waitress who was serving us, who upon hearing my complaint, then proceeded to put every thing she brought on the table in a rude manner throwing the plates and glasses, as if we went to that restaurant to order, we immediately left our full plates and drinks, paid and left. I was a client of yours around 2020 and honestly I will never return, because one goes out to have a good time and it is not fair that one receives treatment of this magnitude.
Camila was an incredibly attentive waitress. She made our night so enjoyable. When we needed a little more help, manager Steph made things seemless. Kudos to the great team at this location, you guys rock!
