Just had the worst experience. I didn’t get mad. I just asked for a refund honestly if I’m going to pay and go through drive-through, don’t hand me everything in it on the side and expect me to pour it in and make it myself. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We pay for convenience. You can’t be making a drink while you’re trying to drive like that’s unbelievable. Honestly, they need to retrain the staff.

This place is absolutely a disgrace. The service is so slow, the people working there are beyond incompetent. I went 3 days ago and was given the wrong order. I went again yesterday to have my daughter get a refresher and she waited nearly 30 minutes!! I was outside in the car watching her wait for 1 drink!! Worst service ever.

This Dunkin Donuts location is always amazing .. The employees here are always kind and friendly.. one lady stands out most her name is Navjot.. she always with a smile and says hello to me and my children . always in great spirits . Thank you guys

I don't usually write reviews at all, but for this one I felt like I had to. I went to this location on Saturday, August 9. It was relatively busy, but nothing too crazy. I was inside and felt ignored as all of the drive thru orders were taken, meanwhile I was completely left alone. However, thanks to AYUSH, my experience at this location was fixed. He took my order, as all of the other workers were doing something else, and he made my food and drink while handling other orders as well. He was super super understanding about the whole situation and I am grateful for his service.
This Dunkin' from what I have seen is extremely busy compared to others, and note that the drive thru is given greater preference compared to indoors. Applause to Aayush for handling customers, drinks, and food!

Honestly, I expected better. This place is filthy, and the counter is crawling with teenagers that don’t know how to do their jobs.
I was waiting ten minutes on my food as it was forgotten, the store wasn’t all too relatively busy either.
It’s evident most of these young boys don’t know how to provide good customer service, most are on the side on their phones — the only person I will give credits to is the young man named Matthew, I watched as he worked very diligently on several different orders all on his own. He was the only one to notice me standing to the side still waiting on my order and immediately walked up to ask me questions. He apologized for the wait and instantly got right back to work. Now that is a young man who likes his job.
In summary, I am extremely disappointed with this location, and until this issue is resolved with lazy workers, and an unclean environment, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The young man Aayush works very well handling the huge rush, and makes delicious frozen coffee! Also great to talk to.

Got my drink, iced latte as I always get at this dunkin which is never mixed though, and today it came with no milk just black coffee, took out the ice to put some in and half the drink was gone, disappointing
