Orders often wrong, they're always a couple days behind on seasonal items, kids behind the counter more interested in socializing than doing their jobs in the afternoon and evening...If I didn't have to be at work by 5 I would just go to the one up the road on Raritan.
At least the adults at this one are nicer than that one woman at Raritan, and the guy here I think might be the manager is a good dude. The problem is mostly the kids. Still, overall, this one sucks.

I believe the employees are racist , I ordered donuts got them with no napkins when I asked for napkins I walked over to get it instead of the employee giving it to me hand to hand when I reached for them he throw them on top of a dirty counter that had coffee spilled all over, rude experienced.

This Dunkin is awful. They take forever and they miss items from your order. I ordered 3 drinks and only given two. When trying to call to someone for help you say excuse me 10 times and they don’t acknowledge you. I ordered a donut. Which was available in the window display to have it taken by a person who ordered after me. It’s brand new and looks nice but service is awful. I would not go there.

So I’ve been going to this Dunkin since they opened, which isn’t that long ago. In the beginning, it was fine. They had a very enthusiastic gentleman at the drive-through that seemed to keep everything moving along. I’d say it’s been 4 to 6 months since I’ve seen him there and the place has definitely gone downhill big time . I go there a few mornings a week before I bring the kids to school purely out of convenience as it’s right down the street. I now go out of my way to another Dunkin because this one is just horrible. They can check the cameras today because I literally stood there for about four minutes and not one person acknowledged that I was there Because all they worry about is the drive-through to make sure their precious numbers don’t go into the red, I guess. I’ve even been there when the place is packed and the owner pulls up into the handicap spot and comes inside and says good morning to the staff and doesn’t make eye contact with not one customer, but makes herself a coffee or two for her friend and then leaves without even attempting to help out whatsoever. I really hate leaving this kind of review, but I wanted to write it months ago. Also lately the muffins have not been cooked all the way through. Happened to us three times and I just threw out the bottom half so my kids didn’t get sick because waiting for new ones or picking something else would’ve been another 20 minutes. Usually the ketchup and other condiments are empty and asking for some is comical. Small refrigerator was empty of all juices a few weeks ago. Get your sh*t together, you’re not some little 1 person shop in the middle of nowhere. You’re a huge company on a very busy intersection. Place used to be cleaner too. Ok anyway, avoid this Dunkin.

Went there at 11:40 am. Stood at the counter while multiple drive-thru orders were done. I asked if someone could take my order. I was told in a second. Watched more cars get served as I still waited now with a line forming behind me. As I still waited to order 1 dz donuts to go I asked again if they could take my order. I was told in a minute. We are short staffed. I said, as the person again put out multiple orders, are these the only donuts you now have left? I was told yes. I said forget it and left. Went to the dunkin on rt 9 by home depot. There was just as busy with people also eating at tables. Walked up the counter and was instantly helped by a very pleasant employee. My order was filled as I paid and I left. I will never visit the Washington rd location again.
Everytime I buy hash browns here, I get them barely cooked but today I was given hash browns that might have been there from yesterday ( I ended up with diarrhea. )

May 2nd, about 12:30pm. The young lady that waited on me in the drive-thru was Celia. Well I gotta say 90% of the time my order is spot on, customer service is good... but today was exceptional. Celia was an absolute pleasure. The person you hope you get. Full of personality and my order was spot on.There are some negative reviews for this location, and I did have a eww visit a couple of times, but Celia restored my faith in this Dunkin.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 min with 4 cars in front of me. Left that line and then went inside to wait there for another 15 min. The kids behind the counter had no desire to do their job and were too busy bickering with eachother. There were 2 people in front of me that asked to have their food order taken and the one kid stated he wasn’t the food guy and the guy making the food was busy. The couple left. I then proceeded to order a large hot coffee and was told that they had no coffee made and it would take 5 minutes. I waited for the coffee and once I got it and left, it was ice cold. Wasn’t going to waste my time to go back in and ask for another one. Will never go back to this one again until they get adults in there who do their job and not some millennials who don’t want to work.
