May 2nd, about 12:30pm. The young lady that waited on me in the drive-thru was Celia. Well I gotta say 90% of the time my order is spot on, customer service is good... but today was exceptional. Celia was an absolute pleasure. The person you hope you get. Full of personality and my order was spot on.There are some negative reviews for this location, and I did have a eww visit a couple of times, but Celia restored my faith in this Dunkin.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 min with 4 cars in front of me. Left that line and then went inside to wait there for another 15 min. The kids behind the counter had no desire to do their job and were too busy bickering with eachother. There were 2 people in front of me that asked to have their food order taken and the one kid stated he wasn’t the food guy and the guy making the food was busy. The couple left. I then proceeded to order a large hot coffee and was told that they had no coffee made and it would take 5 minutes. I waited for the coffee and once I got it and left, it was ice cold. Wasn’t going to waste my time to go back in and ask for another one. Will never go back to this one again until they get adults in there who do their job and not some millennials who don’t want to work.

Loved finding this bright OPEN [@ 6am] business on a trip from Orlando [70F to 28F to 54F]. Loved breakfast price for 2 Large coffees and 2 ham and cheese croissants. Service was fantastic using ordering kiosk, quick, correct & hot delivery for eat-in and will add this new DD as my Favorite while in area. Restroom extremely clean [it is new].

Man, these kids working at this location have no idea how to treat a customer. I would fire them if I were the owner. Whoever was on shift march 20th at 3pm at the window. Took 3 minutes to say anything into the intercom, didn’t listen when I was stating my order, repeated it 3 times. No hello hi nothing at the window. Just said the price and handed me my drinks. Just go down the road to the other location or go to Starbucks.If you’re the business owner reading this, bro fire the trash employees and get some folks who have some energy or put some emphasis on customer service.

My favorite Dunkin’ in the area!!! The NICEST STAFF!!! BARB is the best employee they have!! The guy and girl on her shift are great too!! But BARB?? She’s a gem!! Never forgets anything and my coffee is ALWAYS perfect!! Thank you for all you do friends!! If I could give Barb 10 stars I would!!!

Consistently the worst Dunkin in the area. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're new and going to get better and try again. But no... They can't make the drinks properly. Frozen coffees aren't frozen just have a little slush in them. They put donuts in the bag upside down so your glaze it stuck to the bag and no longer on your donut. They forget to put items in the bag from your order. It's just a mess and inconvenient to have to re order or wait again. Dunkin on rt 9 is worth the drive over this one.

No lie this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I don’t even write reviews but I had to look this store up just to write it. I had the most dry coffee roll you can imagine and they told me they didn’t have hot chocolate… yeah this place just ain’t it !

I went to this location ask for frozen hot chocolate. Its was so liquidated just felt like it was syrup . Ask to replace it 3 boys working there didn’t response properly and instead started talking in earphone themselves never ever go this place its disgusting and smelled bad .
