I visited the old bridge location and I must say they are the rudest employees I have ever encountered. One employee was cursing up a storm and talking about customers right in front of them. And then the other employees were blasting music from the back. I need someone to shape these kids up to work in hospitality

Idk how they store their onions or if they are rotten when they are cut but the onions taste NASTY!! š¤® ive stopped eating onions from this jersey mikes all together because its not all of them its just this one.

Honestly the girl who took our order today, 11/23/25 around noon, did not say hello how are you, and when I asked if there was a kids menu, which none of the menus hanging above state anything about a kids menu, when I asked her if they have anything for kids and she said āwe have a menuā. Short and sweet. I said oh ok. This was our first time here. And I will not go back. Such a poor example of customer service. The location was not busy at all at the time so the lack of customer support was uncalled for. I did not like anything about our experience.

I wish I could get my $9 backā¦10/29/25 I walked in the girl with glasses stared at me and didnāt greet me..then the boy proceeds to give me brown lettuceā¦then try to cover it up because it was at the bottom.this is the nastiest jersey mikes Iāve been too,I hate to be that person because I worked in food service but they are violating food safety with that brown see through lettuce and itās very visible,where is the manager thereās 3 people on the table and they still canāt help the 4 customers in here in a timely manner,this is my first and last time coming here Iāll stick to Cliffwood :) didnāt even eat this nasty food because Iām scared!!!

Sub was not fully cut through and was extremely sloppy clearly the person working didn't care about how the food looked.
Everything i order from here there is always something missing or wrong. How can you mess up a cheese steak. Horrible. The staff just doesn't pay attention to details. Horrible

I just ordered from there and the guy that is at the register had a little of an attitude. I was telling him that banana pepper are not sweet they are vinegar peppers and sweet peppers are the ones that they make with the cheese steak. Instead of him staying Iām sorry would you like me to give you some on the side he basically brushed me off. But I will not return there again I will find another one to go to.

Monday night 11/12 I ordered 2 sandwiches on DoorDash. Honestly one of the best Italian sandwiches Iāve ever had from Jersey Mikeās. Iāve ordered from other Mikeās before and they donāt compare. Healthy amount of meat and veggies, seasoned very well. Who ever made those sandwiches last night around about 5:30-6, I thank you!!!!!!!!!
