I can understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had a Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on two different occasion's and the Bacon was spoiled. I had an everything bagel which they make on the premises and it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Food isn’t good at all!

The food is alright.. but the customer service is horrible. The owner wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom, and had to lie to me, stating that the bathroom is out of order. When I used their bathroom already earlier in the day. Horrible service.

We've only been here once so far so can't really speak on all the negative reviews. We ordered a Michael J Fox sandwich, cream cheese bagel, and coffee. Would have liked a choice of chips with the sandwich as I do not like Fritos. The sandwich was full of meat and very good. Bagel was hard, but the cream cheese was good . Service was friendly . Unfortunately the coffee is probably the worst I've ever had, very strong and muddy. Burnt tasting. Oh well. Definitely looking forward to trying them again. One major downside is it's HOT in there. Would not be able to sit and enjoy a meal. No air conditioning and it's 90 degrees out. So definitely suggest taking the food to go.
Been here 3 times. Simple order of bacon egg and cheese on a round roll, with salt pepper ketchup. Each time, no salt pepper ketchup on a sandwich. It’s not rocket science. And when you use a credit card they have the audacity on the percentage of tip to put on your card, after you sit in a chair with no air conditioning in the place. Never again.

The worst, very inconsistent with the quality they give. Ordered a steak egg and cheese and they forgot the cheese..when I called back they offered me 50 cent because they forgot the cheese, not realizing the white bagel is ruined without the cheese in a "Philly cheese" way too over priced to give such poor quality in service. Customer service is even worse.

First time here and surprised at how good my bagel was. It’s not as thick as usual which (for me) makes it that much better. The Asiago roll with pork roll, egg and cheese was great.

It seems like Everytime I call here to place an order its an issue when I come in to pick it Up Nobody has started my order . That is so Frustrating what is the point of taking call in Orders if you not going to start the food? Horrible service from the two ladies in the front .
