Used to get my coffee and donuts inside the store at lunch time, The old Indian lady is very rude, AC is almost not working it was so hot, bathroom has no toilet paper. Not recommended.

Ordered a drink and 10 munchkins. They said they were out of munchkins which were 3.59 and then they tried to tell me I could only get 2 donuts (1.48 ea) to compensate which wouldn't have even added up to 3.59 before tax. I asked for a muffin (2.39) and a donut (1.48) to compensate which for a few cents more would cover the inconvenience of not having what I ordered. They wanted to make a big deal about it saying plus tax. Tax has nothing to do with what I initially ordered which would have been even more if I added the tax to it.

I usually go to this Dunkin since it’s on my way to work but I don’t think I will anymore. The lady who takes orders is very rude and unpleasant. She’s always in a rush and the orders gets messed up. Last week I ordered egg and bacon on an English muffin and when I got to work and opened it up it was just bacon. No egg or anything else. The following week when I went again and mentioned it to the lady all she said was “oh”. No apologies or anything. And every time I go through the drive through I can hear the employees getting loud with each other. They’re always yelling and seem rushed when there is no one else on the line behind me so there’s no need to be rushed. It’s just all around an unfriendly atmosphere and I will not be going back anymore.

EXTREMELY RUDE OLD LADY! I used to drive a little further for this dunkin. But today i went with my 3 kids and had a larger than normal order, so im checking i got everything and the old indian lady starts being rude saying “oh my god” and yelling at me “ its all there” . Im pretty sure i have the right to take 1 more minute checking that all what i paid for is there! Specially after me having to choose something else because they run out of what i ordered. This lady has always gave me an attitude and i ignored it, but today, disrespecting me in front of my kids, she needed to know. And she should go.

EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH HANDS AFTER USING THE BATHROOM! AVOID!
I stopped today for a coffee & the bathroom, but the stall was occupied and I waited for a minute or so next to the sink. Out comes a man with his headset on, clearly on a bathroom break in the middle of his shift. He walks right past the sink & out the door without washing his hands… after DOING #2! The real kicker — he was the person directly behind the counter taking orders and handling food! Needless to say I didn’t order anything, left, and called the Department of Health.
Honestly insane, Dunkin, do better.
(No I do not have pictures, majorly illegal to take a video/picture in bathrooms.)
