We got the wrong things in our order from the drive through. So we went back to correct the order. When letting them know our original order the cashier was very rude saying “That’s what you ordered and everybody in here heard it.” We let them know we have dietary restrictions and would not have ordered that. She then said “Well you will have to pay the difference” which we were ok with. The rudeness of this staff made the start of our morning unpleasant and made us not want to go back to a Dunkin Donut store… ever again.

The service was fine. I ordered a egg and cheese croissant as well as a medium toasted white chocolate iced latte w/stevia. 2 hours later my stomach was cramping and I've had the runs and nausea for about 12 hours now. I did not eat anything the night before, I just drank a propel water. Feels like I have food poisoning. Be careful.

I ordered a macchiato with cold foam and the cashier was rude and told me why I would want to add cold foam she said it's gross. So I asked for a regular caramel macchiato and a matcha with cold foam. Ordered my bagels and a side of cream cheese. The gave me my order forgot to give me my side of cream cheese and then I told her she forgot my macchiato. She thought I was crazy but I literally ordered it cause I repeated it to her 3 times. She told me she never rang it up after waiting for 15minutes giving attitude saying "what". I paid for it and she proceeded to make my coffees with an attitude and her manager took over and proceeded to gave me attitude as well. The worst Dunkin I've ever been too, if you wanna go to a facility that gives you attitude and yells at you for their mistakes go here.

my best friend got this chocolate milk here. didn't look at the date and gulped it down... it's 23 days out of date looked through their cooler had 11 more out of date. he's already throwing up. after 10

My visit was very surprising to see a young man (12ish) working behind the counter. Thought there was a child labor law but I could be wrong. While watch this young gentleman wearing serving gloves making drinks he would run his glove covered hands through his hair and then reach into the open ice cub machine that serves the ice for the customer drinks. Is this the new norm for dunking or just this one site? Nice to see kids getting into work and not on their phones but maybe give them a mop to clean floors and not play in the ice that we drink.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years. I’ve always gone inside! After they kept getting it wrong. One young lady would make my order daily, with no issues. (Hence, why I gave it 3 stars). Each time I’ve gone through the Drive Thru the woman working literally over talks you. (If you would just hush up and listen. Perhaps you’ll get my order correct.) When I get to the window my order is completely wrong. I ask for caramel and get mocha. Instead of making another she just scoop the whip cream off top. Meanwhile mocha is still mixed in at the bottom. I asked for her to remake it. She decided she was still going to give me what she wanted me to have. I was so angry that I ask them to cancel my order and I just pulled off. It’s truly frustrating they can’t get a simple order correct. Stay away!!
