Order: 2 cheeseburger meal with sweet tea Fries - not hot at all, grease-soaked, and ended up tossing half of them Cheeseburgers - super thin and flavorless Sweet Tea - was really pale when the gentleman at the window was passing it to me, so questioned if it was even sweet tea. He kindly swapped it out for a fresh batch, which was much better. Overall, the service was better than usual for this location, but the food quality was nowhere near what was expected. Will not return.

Very slow when the restaurant was empty at 11:45 AM The manager loud and laughing and joking with other employees. I needed two straws and napkins that were not on the tray and the employees just looked at me and did not ever ask what I wanted. They were not beside the drink machine like normal. When I finally knocked really loud on the counter three employees looked at me like I was bothering them. So I spoke loud and asked if someone could help me. Finally one employee asked what I needed. Very bad customer service and the manager needs to be fired immediately and find someone who can do their job.

Honestly I really like this McDonald’s overall, I’ve never really had an issue with anything except for some reason the staff always put the onions in the middle of the double cheese burger instead of on top. They immediately get hot and weird and change the whole flavor of the burger for the worse. But the staff is always nice and I’ve never had cold fries from here.
Horrific service, avoid this one at all costs. Management needs to step in here. Too slow, they make everyone pull past the drive through and wait so their drive thru times don’t look bad. Mistakes on orders nearly everytime. In the morning forget about it, unless you have a lot of time to wait.

Went for lunch today. Ordered unsweetened ice tea. Came out pale brown and tasted like water. When I asked them to replace it, the young person at the window took it back, asked me to park in space 1 then called me a dumb ass as I drove away. What the heck is going on at this place? The service here has been horrible and now they have devolved into calling customers names.
