Week after week extremely bad experinces. Since the first week of opening. I order curbside pick-up fish filet x2. After 45 mins i recieved 2 dried firsh jerky. Week after that we tried chicken nugget or rather jerky. Weeks after that we just been buying apple pies, but every time we order we never get what we pay for. I startrd using the app and order a large frappi and recieved a small one. Mulitple times we return and speak to the manager. My tried the door dash app too and the order was still incorrect. Atmostphere inside is clean so 3 stars but over all this place need some adjustment. Quality versus cost is the driving factors.
10Dec2025 we order the Bird box and 4 apple pies, we never recieved., fries was cold and sandwhiches was dry and cold also.

The little boy supervisor with the ring thru his nose and the girl who's hair is never done threatened to do something to my food. So when I went inside the manager told me not to argue with kids while they were threatening me. Tried to get my money back but the district manger never responded.

Went today to pick up a doordash and no one was worried about the customers everyone was arguing and I had to lose an order that was done because no one would answer me just looked and walked away

They were understaffed and service was slow. They also didn't bring out butter, syrup or utensils with the breakfast platter. It took more time to get those items.

I eat here every Thursday after my daughter's gymnastics class. The staff here is so polite and always asking if I need anything else. The gentleman that speaks Spanish even comes over to the table to make sure we have everything we need.
