Ordered a mobile order for pick up through the drive-through when arriving at the window was told that they do not do mobile orders through the drive-through. I parked had to get my son out of the car in the pouring rain go inside just to be told that they can’t find my order because it’s a drive-through order the manager then had me get back in my car and go around the building again this was just a waste of time and I will surely not be going back to the Paulsboro location for the poor customer service and hot mess they have going on.

Don't go to the one in Woodbury heights I think it's Woodbury heights on Evergreen Ave Rt 45, these people that work there could care less what your food taste like or looks like, I'm only referring to the morning shift.😝

Just ordered breakfast here. The orange juice tastes water down for something that's almost $4 dollars and the breakfast sandwiches cold. Will not be coming back this place get worser by the week

Food took forever, there were guests that said they were waiting an hour and a half. Staff were constantly apologizing for the wait. The people putting meals together looked lost and panicked. Definitely some management issues at this restaurant.

Ordered Big Mac meal... mouse feces on bun. Called restaurant & they said they don't have mice. Will never go to Paulsboro location again. I sincerely doubt I have a mouse in my car that crawled into Big Mac box & crapped on bottom bun, then closed box and ran off in the 3 minutes it took to drive home.

My favorite local McDonald’s. Always pleasant and quick service. And although the team is always friendly, 2 stood out this morning. Manager Janaishia and team member Ian assisted an outside customer in need and went above and beyond to ensure his health and safety. McDonald’s, and that customer, are lucky to have you!
This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Drive thru was busy so they asked us to pull into a spot and wait. I watched as multiple cars got their food before us. A guy came out to my car three times and could not for the life of him get our order correct.
I eventually got out after close to 25 minutes and went into get out 2 missing happy meals. They all just ignored my presence until I began to yell. I have NEVER acted this way in a restaurant before. They could not have cared less about anything.
Management needs to get a handle on the way this place is run it was TERRIBLE!

This is without a doubt is the worst ran/managed McDonald's on the east coast, I know what you're thinking, how bad can a McDonald's be! Really Bad, do yourself a big favor and go to McDonald's on exit 10 and save yourself the pain and shits you will get from eating here if you ever get you're food.
