I was waiting 10 minutes in front of the cash desk to make a purchase and stuff was working for drive in people without any attention of my visiting ?! Even when I bought what I wanted the cashier didn't say anything about excuse me or sorry for waiting a time.... It's terrible!!!

I went here back in December it was terrible. I had a triple cheeseburger and it was all grease. It was like someone poured grease on top of it, which caused the bread to be soggy. We were afraid we were going to be sick the next day. Thankfully we weren't, just upset stomachs. I'll never go there again.

The staff in the morning are ok. The staff in the afternoon and evening are terrible. The IQ of these people is sadly extremely low. I'm surprised they are walking around without helmets.
Went to McDonald's at Paulsboro on the night of 9/15/23. Staff was unprofessional and acted like they were being bothered by me being there.Waited in drive thru line a long time. Food was cold and old. Missing items I ordered. By the time I got home, about 5 minutes, I noticed Fries and chicken nuggets were cooked in old, burned oil and I could tell had been sitting out a long time. Aka past the time they should have before being served.If you're going to charge such high prices on your items, at least serve them fresh and hot. PS. Where was your manager for that shift?

I still don’t understand how they still miss things when you go through the drive through. Most of their business is through the drive through. I went there n the drive through because I had a child in the car and I was ask to pull over and wait. When the order did come out they forgot the happy meal’s milk and dipping sauce. I had to get the child out of the car and walk in to get the milk and I was asked by the manager if they really forgot to give it to me. Seriously I am carrying a kid across a busy parking lot in 95° heat.
