I came here for a rehearsal dinner for my best friend's wedding over Labor Day weekend. I cannot stress how incredible EVERYTHING was--the staff were so friendly and attentive, and the food was AMAZING. We were having a multi-course dinner, with caprese, fried calamari, and meatballs as the appetizers, a serving of penne a la vodka, lemon sorbet as a palette cleanser, then I had osso bucco for my main, and lemon cake for dessert.
Every time we were served a course, I wished we didn't have any more courses coming because everything was so good by itself that I would have been happy eating a dinner-sized portion of everything. The meatballs were great; they were a much smoother texture than I was expecting, which was good because sometimes meatballs can have a somewhat grainy texture from the ground meat. Not these meatballs! And the calamari was very crisp.
I'm a HUGE pasta person, and the penne vodka was seriously spot-on. I could have eaten six bowls of it, it was so good. The osso bucco with wild rice was excellent, too, and the lemon cake was so light it barely registered in my stomach (which was great because by that time I was stuffed to the gills!) Seriously, the only problem I had at this restaurant was not having two stomachs! Now I need to get the rest of my family down to NJ to come here.

Excellent experience here with a large party for a wedding rehearsal. Staff was very attentive throughout the event, each course was perfectly paced and very delicious. I would recommend this place for any group looking for a multi-course meal, as well as more casual diners looking for a refined night out.

I had one of the worst dining experiences at this so-called “Italian restaurant.” They proudly announced their specials of the day but conveniently left out one important detail: the price.Save yourself the disappointment (and the scam-like pricing) — go anywhere else. The manager is a charlatan who only wants to sell. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Different experience from other restaurants. Very nice amuse bouche followed by slices of parmesan. Reservations are on time and never rushed. The owner takes your order to perfection and is also entertaining. Food is gourmet and fabulous. Finish with complimentary homemade sambuca.
Beautiful restaurant and exceptional service! We were there with a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their dinner and appetizers. The owner actually brought some free appetizers on the house that were all delicious!

Had dinner on Tuesday July 29, 2025---the service was great; but the food not so good---My husband considered ordering a veal dish. The head waiter stated that the Ossobuco was wonderful and convinced my husband to order that dish which was made with wild boar $42---big mistake---the meat was very dense, salty and not tender and the rosotto was also very salty---we were having dinner with a friend which we had not seen in a long time so my husband did not want to make an issue regarding the poor quality and taste of the Ossobuco---if the food does not meet your expectations, tell the waiter and do not struggle through eating a less then adequate dish.

Our first trip to this restaurant. Meatball and calamari appetizers were quite good, beet and peach salad was OK, but peaches were out of a can, and the salad was a bit overdressed. Pasta entre was good as was the chicken, wild boar osso buco was very dry, very salty and the mushroom risotto was kind of soupy. We skipped dessert. Overall, good but not outstanding and maybe a bit overpriced for what you get. I'm not sure we would go out of our way to return.
