This place NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS. They don’t know how to run a hotel here. I have stayed here for over 3 weeks as I had business in the area and this was the most decent looking option around. I’m extremely disappointed. The service is terrible. Nothing arrives on time. When you call the reception desk from the room it goes to voicemail. I called the desk repeatedly for 30 mins to request someone to help with my luggage prior to checking out. It was hopeless.
The room service is always delayed, not to mention the very poor quality of the food. The “chicken soup” which was supposed to be with homemade broth and veggies, came as a dry mush with dried carrots and rice and cubed pieces of stale grilled chicken on a plate with a separate saucer with clearly store-bought broth, to be mixed on the spot. I was flabbergasted, as that is not a soup!
They spray a nasty smelling room freshener in the room after they clean and the over-deodorized air coming out of the spa is nauseating. The salt room in the spa is supposed to be a meditative and calming experience, except they have the ceiling lights on at maximum high brightness which makes that experience around the same level of relaxedness as sitting in an interrogation room.
Not to mention the lights in the rooms. The same light switch controls all of the lights in the room and there’s no way of not having the extremely clinical and bright ceiling LED lights off while having a friendlier, softer tabletop ambient light on.
Overall, it’s a job to stay here and maintain your sanity at the same time.
AVOID. They claim to have 5-stars, they’re certainly charging 5-star hotel prices. And, yet, this is a 3-star hotel experience at best.

I had my wedding at 90 acres, the restaurant across from the mansion (part of the same venue). The site is beautiful but the Natirar team could not be more disorganized. The months leading up to the event were pure chaos. They fired the event sales planner three weeks before my wedding (we were not notified by the venue until a week after). Her communication was terrible- tons of over promising and under delivering. For example, we were promised the upstairs room to change and get ready at the restaurant - they double booked it for the groom at the mansion. At one point a family member from the grooms wedding was in the room with us.. I had no idea who she was and I had to ask her to leave so I could change into my dress. I rushed to get dressed and the venue lost some of our stuff in the process. My mother in laws Louis Vuitton bag was left on the floor in front of the downstairs bathrooms. The grooms entire suit went missing. The dinner came out at 8:10pm when we were scheduled to have the room until 8:30. Cake was rushed, no coffee service, no steak knives for the steaks served. My father in laws steak was undercooked. It went back to the kitchen to be cooked further and he took one bite before going to the restroom. The staff was in such a rush to clean the tables that they removed his steak before he could finish it. We actually don’t think the vendors got their meals. The new sales director Kelly emailed me the day of the wedding at 11:30am (while I was in hair and makeup) to get me to pay my bill that was already paid. They don’t tell you that if it rains you have to use their vendor only for tents (these people don’t even work with Natirar that often) and their fee is $10,000. Three days beforehand the sales coordinator Melissa was telling us we needed a permit for the tent, but no one notified us before. Sarah was only there for two weeks and was the most competent person there. She stands out as different from the rest. The management of this venue is terrible. Alexandra the sommelier was incredibly responsive and super helpful. Every time we emailed or contacted Melissa, Nicole, or Kelly we had to email multiple times to get answers to our questions.. the majority of the time they were out of office.
I am super disappointed in the execution of my event. If it weren't for my amazing vendors, the night would have been terrible. Natirar is unreliable and needs to get their management team together before they try to keep hosting weddings. They advertise as this elaborate and well coordinated venue, but they certainly are not. The contract is digital, which can be changed or altered at their convenience. The sales team doesn't pass you to the general manager who should be in contact with you prior to the event. Overall, I would pick another venue to have hosted my wedding. Everything about it was stressful.

Went to a dinner party, service and food were excellent. Hard to find, poor Google directions specially at night, lack of signs with directions once inside the grounds.

Beautiful event space. Windows facing hillside. Quite calming.

I attended a wedding here last weekend and it was by far the fanciest and one of the nicest weddings I've ever attended. This particular wedding had a huge spread of appetizers for the happy hour time followed by a full course dinner, so we tried a wide range of food served here. Everything served was off the charts good. The service was first class and the atmosphere was very beautiful and high end. The scenic view of the valley during fall out back was lovely as well! I'd recommend this location to anyone based on the excellent service, great food, and lovely atmosphere.

The staff, service and food could not have been better. I also include the car valets and the exemplary condition of the rest rooms.

I have photographed many weddings at Natirar and I never cease to be amazed at how incredible the whole experience is. From the beautiful views, the historic mansion, and the wonderful staff, I always look forward to working at Natirar. It is truly a unique venue with a unique experience for couples planning a wedding.
