Wow. I never thought that Burger King can taste THAT GOOD!

This was the BEST one I've had in my life. If you think that BK is the same everywhere - just give it a chance!

- ATHMOSPHERE. Super clean and contemporary. Bathroom - spotless!

CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like in a good restaurant. People seem to care and it shows!

FOOD. Ok. I am still a bit shocked.

- FRENCH FRIES - BEST, I've had. You know when they use fresh oil with right spices and not dry? AMAZING

- CHICKEN SANDWICH. It has fresh, not slimy bread with fresh lettuce and SUPER JUICY.

Please, just GO and TRY. You will see the difference.

To the management team and all team members - just keep up on that quality level.

My food order was completely messed up. I ordered two whoppers instead I received a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger. Wish people would pay attention to what they are doing. I hope the person who got my meal enjoyed it.

I don't usually go to this location. I normally go to the browns mills location. I was not happy with the food. the breakfast sandwichs were over done and the biscuits were dry.

Our BK has always been exceptional. Service is the best even at the crack of dawn. Emps are always courteous and pleasant. Even now while the building is under renovations.

I work as a delivery person today I looked for an order and a specific person spoke to me very disrespectfully I was waiting for an order I had already told her that I needed the order and the other person was talking as if I was at the supermarket with my friends and she didn't hear at all that I had said that I was waiting for my order I think that if they are not prepared to work in a place like this they shouldn't take a job like this they always have to be nice to the customers

I went through the drive thru today, Sunday Oct 20, and ordered a double whopper plain with only cheese and mayo, an 8 piece cheesey tots, and a Diet Coke. The dit coke was terrible, no flavor only soda water and I told her it was terrible and she said oh yeah we get slit of complaints on that one, what other drink would you like? I exchanged it for a diet Dr Pepper which was ok, there was flavor but not very good—they really need to fix their machine. The tots were barely warm, tasted like they were sitting a long time. So I decided to have my burger, while driving, and it was a single burger with everything on it. Not having the choice to turn around and go back, I picked the stuff off of it the best I could and took a bite, and it wasn’t even warm. I didn’t trust eating it. So paid almost $15 for nothing and still hungry since I hadn’t eaten. There was one person in front of me in the drive thru and no one else there. No excuse. When I called the manager said he didn’t know what anyone was doing. This is the third time in in the last 3 months I went here due to convenience and all were awful. I won’t be back. Needs better management.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I stopped here a couple mo this ago and the girl was on her phone yammering and yelling and it took literally 30 mins or so to get 2 burgers. Stopped in again for a kids nugget meal and a duo meal, another 20 minutes of watching them just wander around. You say thank you and they just stare at you. Got the food and the kids meal nuggets were cold and hard like they were the first nuggets ever made at this location and they sat there for 5 years. Thr burger was off and the fries were unsalted and weird tasting. The root beer was on point though.

Honestly just shut this place down and put something worthwhile in it's place like a taco bell or a KFC. The management doesn't care, the workers don't care, and yeah it's fast food but it doesn't mean it has to be garbage.

Used drive through. Didn't get some items order on first pass and had to go back. Server with very large afro style hair with blue streaks should be wearing a hair net.

Waited 12 minutes for two chicken sandwiches that were cold. I asked for barbecue sauce and homegirl with the blue and brown Afro wig and 5 lip piercings said with attitude I had to pay for it, after waiting for 12 minutes for two cold chicken sandwiches while her and another coworker went outside leaving the store empty. There was no one behind me or in front of me so I’m not sure why I waited 12 minutes for cold sandwiches and one drink.

very poor service, short staff not polite too slow, extremely disorganized and on top
of that you get attitude, they need to change managers or pay kore attention to whom they hire. and that manager they have is very rude and doesn't give the proper service.

We tried to get food through the drive through and got no response, all the doors were locked despite being open and when I looked inside there were two employees just standing behind the counter and taking. No replying to any of the drive through or unlocking the doors.
