Burger King Reviews
On 8/8/24 after my son had Bible school he wanted to go to Burger King for dinner so we walked over there. We ordered our food and sat down to eat. My son was playing games, as a child does and said he wanted to finish his fries and then decided to take his fries home. He was not listening to me when I was telling him to put his fries in the bag with mine. A man with long brown hair that was braided and a blue shirt on included himself in my discipling my child. While I understand that everyone occasionally has a bad day, perhaps attention should be paid to ensure that employee is not the customer-facing person representing your business. Burger King is a popular lunch spot for many, who sometimes prefer it over McDonald's. Some recent reviews highlight that the restaurant offers hot and fresh food, with fast and efficient employees. Customers have enjoyed meals like the Whopper, which they find satisfying despite occasional long lines. However, there are still some issues with service. One reviewer mentioned that the drive-thru worker often has a terrible attitude, making customers feel rushed and unimportant. The slushie machine frequently malfunctions, and employees sometimes take long breaks, leaving customers waiting. Food preparation can be inconsistent, such as when a customer received a non-toasted bread on the bacon Swiss mushroom melt. The phone is often not answered, causing inconvenience. An incident involving an upset customer and a man who interfered in a parent-child conversation also points to problems with staff attentiveness and security. Despite these issues, some customers continue to visit, but improvements in service and food consistency are needed.
