I’ve only been to this DD a handful of times since moving to Pemberton last year. Everytime I’ve been there either my order is messed up or my order is burnt, hard, and/or messy. For example, my egg and cheese wake up wrap was not presentable at all. I’ve been very upset each time, thus me giving them only a handful of chances. Customer service is decent though. Never really had an issue with employees, just the quality and presentation of my food. (This is how i found my wake up wrap.)

Used to be my go to location but over the past 2 years this location has been on a decline. They a regularly out of things the service has declined and over all I'll be looking for another location as I leave here for the 3rd time in a row empty handed.

Rude rude rude rude staff. Whenever we pull in through the drive thru my fiance always has to say hello because he is never greeted. Then when the person comes on the loud speaker they are rude and talk with an attitude as if they are being bothered.

Friday May 2nd 1pm very impressed with the service. Counter girl with brown eyes was very friendly, was patient, and did everything right. Kept a smiling face and positive attitude. I wasn't feeling great but her vibrant service really helped pick me up. Coffee was also fresh and made delicious. Thank you

It has been a while since I have gone into a Dunkin’ but when I went in, it was clean, the team working had great attitudes. They had my mobile order ready to go and everything was better than expected. Kudos to the Managers and staff for a great experience.

Today is April 17, 2024. I drove all the way to the Dunkin’ Donuts to get myself donuts and my coffee bean that I was at Aldi‘s on my way home. That’s where I stopped. I order half a dozen donuts, three glaze and three churros and when I got home, the churro donuts were as hard as a rock very nasty. Very poor very poor business. I called them didn’t answer the phone. Left them a message and haven’t called.

I was in the Lumberton area on a very rainy night; and, went into a Dunkin Store because I was completely lost; and needed a cup of Dunkin Coffee and help with directions. I met an outstanding Dunkin employee, (very intelligent young man, extremely well spoken), who took care of all the customers in the drive through; and still patiently gave me perfect directions to get safely back on the road, headed in the right direction in a terrible rain storm. I ordered my favorite Dunkin sourdough breakfast sandwich and that much needed cup of awesome Dunkin coffee. The Dunkin emplyee at the same time politely provided the directions I needed. I was very lost and seriously confused as a result of the very bad rain storm that night; and, with the help of this excellent Dunkin employee, I got back on the road; and, made it home safely. ThankYou, I am very grateful. I also recommend him for a promotion, this young man will go far in life.Regards,Carlette Southern-Robert
Vegetarian options: I would buy vegetarian options, perhaps use plant based proteins or use avocado or tomatoes, or plant based meat substitutes instead of bacon with the SourDough Breakfast Sandwich.
