I was in the Lumberton area on a very rainy night; and, went into a Dunkin Store because I was completely lost; and needed a cup of Dunkin Coffee and help with directions. I met an outstanding Dunkin employee, (very intelligent young man, extremely well spoken), who took care of all the customers in the drive through; and still patiently gave me perfect directions to get safely back on the road, headed in the right direction in a terrible rain storm. Always done right. Never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff, excellent manager! The part that keeps me going here is that they strive to do their best!

Love when Dunkin is fully staffed and you can be in and out very quickly. Did not have to wait long at this location. Staff wasn’t very friendly, they were very quiet. No music here so it was just kind of eerily silent. The coffee was just ok.
