Had toasted our daughter for her bday w before dinner cocktails. Waitress remembered when she got her poached pear dessert. It had a candle in it! Food and cocktails were also excellent! Can't wait to go back.

Located amidst the picturesque streets of Pennington, New Jersey, Boro Restaurant beckons diners into a world of culinary excellence and unparalleled hospitality. Our recent visit to this hidden culinary gem left us utterly captivated, from the moment we were greeted by our waiter, Chris, to the very last bite of dessert.Let me begin by praising Chris, our knowledgeable and attentive server, whose passion for food and genuine warmth elevated our dining experience. His impeccable service, coupled with insightful recommendations, ensured that every aspect of our meal was nothing short of extraordinary. Now, onto the food. Each dish we savored at Boro Restaurant was a masterpiece in its own right, showcasing the chef's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to using the finest ingredients. We started our culinary journey with the Mussels and Oysters, which arrived impeccably fresh and brimming with flavor, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. The main courses, the Salmon and Branzino, continued to impress with their flawless execution and sublime taste. The salmon boasted a perfect sear, revealing tender, flaky flesh beneath, while the branzino melted on the palate with each forkful. Accompanied by thoughtfully crafted sides, every bite was a symphony of flavors that left us longing for more. And then came the grand finale – dessert. The mini zeppolies were a revelation, a delightful medley of crispy, golden dough and heavenly sweetness. Paired with a dollop of their renowned homemade butter infused with honey, it was a culinary delight that danced on our taste buds and left us craving seconds.Speaking of the homemade butter with honey, it's no wonder Boro Restaurant has earned acclaim for this divine creation. Its rich, velvety texture and subtle sweetness imparted a heavenly touch to each dish, further enhancing the dining experience.Lastly, we must express our gratitude to the United Airlines Dining app for leading us to this culinary treasure. Without it, we might have missed out on the opportunity to savor the exceptional offerings of Boro Restaurant and immerse ourselves in its warm, inviting ambiance. In conclusion, Boro Restaurant is more than just a dining establishment – it's an experience to be cherished. With impeccable service, outstanding cuisine, and an inviting atmosphere, it's no wonder that this hidden gem has captured the hearts of locals and visitors alike. Whether you're a seasoned food enthusiast or simply seeking a memorable meal, Boro Restaurant promises a culinary journey that will linger in your memory long after the last bite.

I pulled by the restaurant at 10:20 to have a drink with my husband because the restaurant says 11:00pm close time and someone from outside is already closing everything and tell us to go because is closed. Terrible service!

The food was so good I didn’t have time to take a pic! Got the crispy chicken, on the small plate menu. Flavor was amazing! The smashed potatoes were the perfect amount of crunchy! And the creme brulee was perfection! Happy hour is 4-6, food and drinks half off. If you’re more on a budget go then!!Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options!!!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible and easy to maneuver around.

Excellent restaurant near downtown Pennington. Everything is good. Oysters were fresh. Interesting take on scallops which I enjoyed, sort of like a scallop-bake. Branzino was nice. I wish the grilled Caesar was served in a cold plate, but that's my only nitpick! I love having this place in town.

The host was so friendly and welcoming. We sat at the bar and the service was on point. We're locals so this will be our go to place for date nights.

My partner and I tried Boro for the first time tonight. After a long day of working in NYC and commuting back home to Bucks County, we were excited to experience a near, new restaurant that we had heard good things about. The decor and ambience were perfect—dark, comfortable, and well-appointed. The menu options are great. The food execution is less so. Our server forgot to put our entree order in, which lead to a serious delay; from there it appeared the kitchen was trying to help our server with her damage control. But the result was that my salmon and my partner’s pasta were both undercooked. Our service was odd and sporadic, even though half of the restaurant was empty. Our server did apologize for mistakenly neglecting to submit our order, but she neither offered us bread service (at all—we had to ask a bus boy for it) nor offered to take even a bottle of $7 sparkling water off of the bill. Overall tonight’s disappointing experience soured our high hopes for Boro. But we will give it another shot.

I stopped in the market to grab a sandwich to go with my 1.5 year old daughter. It's a charming lunch spot with specialty and grab-and-go items. The woman who took my order seemed annoyed by my presence. Not sure if she was having a bad day or assumed bad behavior from a young child. My daughter and I sat in the little waiting area by the door. She didn't make a peep and kept her hands to herself. The most she did was wave at other customers walking in and out. I figured a turkey club would take no more than 10 minutes but we were there for half an hour. Turns out the sandwich had been ready and no one brought it out. The woman in the kitchen and the woman who took my order laughed off the situation and didn't apologize. The sandwich was delicious, but I was so off put by the service I won't be returning.

Yummy food and lovely ambiance. My fave part was the staff. So nice and calm. Me and some friends loved it too much and overstayed and they were nice about it ⭐ big shout to Camila, our waitress. Tip: order the 'Smoke and mirrors' for a smoky cocktail. Loved it!

I love the vibe at Boro. We visited on a busy Friday night but still received top notch service. Everything we ordered was delicious. The tuna tartar, grilled romaine and halibut are my favorites. I can’t wait to go back.
