Service is poor even with three people working there and no other customers. Iced coffee was terrible and I ended up throwing it away. And the prices here are higher than other DDs in the area

If I could give a 0 for the service at this Dunking Donuts in Pennington Nj .I would.
I went today and the service is terrible. They're just two guys i believe one of them name is John and when you walk in, they don't even respond, it's like you're bothering them.
They should have a better attitude toward customers.

they take orders but do everything wrong said extra large size made regular eh, not enough ice yesterday anyway they refrigerated a lot of ice, hot chocolate is cold

Ordered latte and breakfast sandwich. Latte was made with regular coffee instead of decaf which was the ordered. Latte was also only half way full in the cup with the rest of it filled with whip cream. Last but not the least the coffee tasted like it was burnt which is not normal as I have had the same drink at other Dunkin’s outside of this township

I have never seen worse service than this. They closed the doors of the store when it was 5PM and they close at 7PM Horrible service.

Speedy service
I got here at 6:50 to get a coffee for my drive home. The young kids in the store had locked the doors. They saw me at the door, then turned around and ignored me. I managed stores for 20 years. If these kids worked for me, I would fire them
