Great location, great service! We came for a tasting and some pizzas and brought my 3 year old niece, the owner was so nice and accommodating for the kids. Great experience! I’ll definitely be back to sample more wines!

My October 5 event at the Hopewell Valley Vineyards was so wonderful! Everything in the event room -setup, room decorations, serving arrangements, air conditioning and acoustics-worked well, created holiday atmosphere, and was pleasing to the eye and ear. Everything was timed precisely: food arrival, tableware /silverware replacements, drinks and cakes. All was going smoothly, without any of my involvement, so I could concentrate on my guests. Food was good, especially appetizers. Wine was delicious, to everyone's taste. Having a porch to ourselves, and having access to the grounds, and listening to the band playing added a special flavor to the whole event. Kellye's organizational skills and help were priceless. Mike, who was helping at the bar and everywhere else, was very kind and helpful with the slightest request and without any. Thank you very much for taking stress off my shoulders and making this special evening such a pleasure for me! Thank you very much

Went in on a Sunday afternoon at 215pm for a tasting, several people were outside with tastings and flights but when we went to order one we were told no more tastings but we could buy a bottle.

We hosted a family gathering at the Hopewell Valley Vineyard, in Pennington, NJ in September 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. The venue was beautiful with a warm and inviting ambiance. The facilities were top-notch, including a spacious dining area which opened up to a large deck overlooking the vineyard. Kellye was an amazing coordinator. Violetta and Sergio Neri, the owners were exceptional hosts, were incredibly organized, responsive to our needs, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail was impressive. The catering, done in house by Sergio, who is also the chef, was outstanding! Violetta personally attended the event making sure all our guests were comfortable and all their needs taken care of. The HVV wines which were served during the event were excellent and a couple of which are award winners! Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hopewell Valley Vineyard, and we highly recommend it for any event. We look forward to hosting more events here in the future.

Nice place for an afternoon out. We enjoyed the Barbera wine, the music, pizzas, and a couple of cheese plates. Would not recommend ordering the white Merlot. Thought it was practically undrinkable. Would have liked actual glasses to be provided when ordering a bottle but we had to purchase them at $4/glass, which was pretty lame. (Plastic cups are provided.) Aside from this criticism, it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the ambience.

We met a bunch of friends for a birthday party on a Sunday. We all purchased their food and wine in accordance with the rules. We could not bring a birthday cake and the Owner walked around and gave us a hard time because one of our friends brought non-alcoholic beer (which they don’t sell). Our friend does not drink. Felt awkward. The owner was NOT kind to us. We spent a good amount of $. I Would not return.

HVV was so perfect for our Wedding Shower.Kelye was so helpful and literally the best.We had such an amazing time in the most perfect room with 25 guest overlooking the winery. Our guest enjoyed everything that was served,from apps to the freshest pizza and most of all delicious wine.Everyone had such a great time,can’t wait to be back here!!! Highly recommended!!!!! Had my sister’s bridal shower here and what a great place, Kellye was very easy to work with and helpful with all my changes I was making throughout the planning period, she was also our host for the event and it was wonderful day everyone enjoyed themselves and spoke about how beautiful the vineyard was and how cozy the upper tasting room is. The food was delicious also would definitely host another event here!
Came here with a couple friends. We split a pizza and a bottle of wine. The food and wine were both really good, and the place was super cute! It’s also really pretty and scenic. Would definitely come back.

Disappointing! Definitely not buying the bottle! Asked for a sweet to dry flight and told to start with Merlot. Wrong! Had some questions… rushed and no one in line behind us but still want a tip! Band way too loud. Not enough covered tables with a half full parking lot. At a winery, not a bar! Ritz crackers. Come on! Too many others wineries in the area to try this one again.
