I heard about Nimbu from a Mercer-Bucks-Hunterdon Eateries page on Facebook. I met a friend today for brunch to celebrate our birthdays. Nimbu offers a great vibe, excellent, tasty and fresh food, and our service was special. Liam was attentive, yet we were not rushed. My friend and I are long-term friends (and big talkers!) so we enjoyed a leisurely brunch and catch-up. I didn’t realize until I got home that we stayed beyond their closing time. We’d have never known. Service was so gracious. We were given a sampling of ice cream for a birthday present dessert, and we were welcome to enjoy every delicious morsel and minute. Thank you, Nimbu! We’ll be back.

Nimbu is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its fun and chic ambiance - every corner is Instagram-worthy with its stylish decor. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The menu was so tempting I wanted to order everything! I absolutely loved the paneer makani pizza - a perfect fusion of my two favorite things. Both ice creams we tried were fantastic, but the ras malai stood out with its creamy, rich flavors. And let’s not forget the Rani Mastani, complete with edible glitter - such a fun and indulgent touch!

Nimbu is ideal for a girls’ night out or a cozy meal with family. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently had dinner here with a group of friends and boy did we enjoy ourselves! The nimbu pani margarita was my absolute favorite - a little bit of sweet and spicy. We also indulged in aloo papri chaat, paneer samosas, makhani pizza and the Mumbai grill sandwich. All weee delicious! We finished our meal off with the phool aur Kaante & ras malai ice cream (my fave!). It was a great meal in a great ambiance!

Having grown up on authentic street food in India, I was delighted to see Nimbu Indian Street Food open in my backyard in Pennington. I went there with my family and I am happy to state that the food is authentic, delicious and the presentation is very impressive. I ordered Mango Lassi, Mumbai grill Sandwich and Masala Chai. My family ordered an assortment of other items. All equally delicious. I wish them continued success, a thriving and long lasting location in Pennington.

I recently had my second visit here for dinner for a girls' night and was not disappointed! The ambience is welcoming, and the eclectic, beautiful decor makes you feel like you're in an NYC restaurant. Super friendly and attentive staff as well! We ordered the Mumbai grill sandwich and paneer makhani pizza and for dessert we tried two flavors of ice cream, the phool aur kaante and ras malai. Everything was absolutely delicious! Previously I've tried the pani puri, geela bhel and tarka pizza which I'd also recommend. Can't wait to make my next trip here to try everything else, their menu is so expansive you'll wish you could order one of everything!

We are so happy that there is finally a local Indian restaurant in Pennington. As Indians, we are always looking for the best places and we are happy we found one close to home! We tried about 8 or 9 dishes because they are small street food dishes (tapa style) and everything had great flavor and presentation. Masala chai and ice creams are a must try. The waiters were kind and eager to describe the delicious food. We will definitely make this a regular spot for dinner.

Nimbu was terrific and unique to Indian cuisine with delicious food options. Also having bar service with specialty Indian drinks makes it very appealing and can't wait to go back.
