I heard about Nimbu from a Mercer-Bucks-Hunterdon Eateries page on Facebook. I met a friend today for brunch to celebrate our birthdays. Nimbu is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its fun and chic ambiance - every corner is Instagram-worthy with its stylish decor. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I recently had dinner here with a group of friends and boy did we enjoy ourselves! The nimbu pani margarita was my absolute favorite - a little bit of sweet and spicy. We also indulged in aloo papri chaat, paneer samosas, makhani pizza and the Mumbai grill sandwich. All weee delicious! We finished our meal off with the phool aur Kaante & ras malai ice cream (my fave!). It was a great meal in a great ambiance!
