Worst Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to. The salted pretzel bites were hard and we’re not fluffy and they were not warm like they’re supposed to be. The lemonade tasted watered down and lacked flavor. Management needs to see this and change this horrible service. I’m not eating here again.

Worst tasting Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. $10 for the salty nuggets with no salt and the person at the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I showed it to him.

At 4:30pm, I tried to order an original pretzel no salt. The young lady running the register responded by telling me "we only have one almond crunch pretzel and pretzel bites left." At that point I told her I would pass and left the line, as I wasn't terribly disappointed not being able to purchase an overpriced pretzel.

But I really wanted to ask, what was the plan here? Were they going to shut down the stand once they sold that one pretzel and ask the pretzel bites? Clearly all the staff behind her were much too busy to make more pretzels. I mean, what a concept?!?

We stopped off at the John Fenwick Service Area off the New Jersey Turnpike toll road for a snack and something to eat. I hadn't heard much about Auntie Anne's so I thought that we'd give it a try. I had a chilli cheese dog and an iced lemonade which we had ordered at the counter. Very much a fast food area. No atmosphere – just a place to fix your stomach and move on – quickly...

1 word HORRIBLE smh. This is Nathan’s really the fries not hot but extremely overcooked they look like sweet potato fries hot dog buns not warm or steamed or anything just sad & hot dogs with runny chili never again

We stopped at 12:45pm on a busy Saturday and they had no available items, you could only order items from the attached Nathan'sif you got in this line. There was dough on the counter but the employee who was there moved it and then walked away. It was a disappointment for a fairly consistent franchise system.
