I ordered 5 combos, fries were cold, soda was just carbonated water, and food was very poorly put together and packed. Very disappointed in this burger King it used to be a good spot.

This place is a disaster, I waited 40 minutes for a burger and the young man who speaks Spanish when I told him that this was not good service because I bisected the order with a strawberry smoothie and he told me that it does not have strawberries and very abusively he told me that it had He made the order again and then he told me that he placed the order again and he made the order again and hard and he wouldn't give me the order and he told me when I told him it was bad service that if I didn't like it he would go to the other person. next door restaurant and I told him that this is bad service he answered me in Spanish I am the supervisor and I am in charge here and if you don't like them go eat somewhere else I don't know why they give a stupid mediocre person as supervisor who doesn't know how to deal with people who seem to have an abusive and stupid father

Employees standing around doing nothing while people wait.

35 minutes is a very long time to wait at a rest stop, and it wasn't especially busy at 3pm--less than 10 pending orders. No excuse.

Forgot sauce, kids toy, and juice in meals.

Double the prices of other burger kings and have to ask for everything, including napkins. They are a rest stop food spot and they know it, no need to do anything for the actual customer.

Probably the worst Burger King experience in my life. Not only did the cashier walk away for 10 mins. Once my order was taken, the employee putting the order together walked away. After waiting 10 more mins watching as my food got cold, it was completely wrong. The wrapper showed no tomatoes, no mayo, despite the burger having both.

Food was horrible. Waste of 20$ they were eating out of the French fry station. I couldn't eat the food and I EAT EVERYTHING. When I don't eat it, it's definitely disgusting. As we're the employees attitudes. EXCEPT for the cashier. Young dude was respectful and kind. Everyone else should be fired
