I gave one star because the active listening the register lady exhibited was slim to non! Conversation was extremely awkward ordering, she repeated my order fine but wrote down the wrong order. I called to make it right being I have work within the hour and this was my dinner. But they needed me to come back in and I can’t do that so here’s a picture. Double check your order bc the lady who answers the phone won’t pay attention. How light onions extra mayo was construed to this always gets me. Why call and order if you’re going to do what you want anyway

I just ordered a hot roast sandwich and a bacon egg cheese burger and onion rings first off no gravy on my roast beef and barely any roast beef no egg on my daughters burger and my husbands onion rings were soggy thins is unacceptable!!!!!

Order for pickup periodically for several years Excellent food selections Generous portions Food is always very good Counter staff is consistently rude, not customer friendly and (apparently) miserable Its the consistent discourteous service thats so surprising given the positives. I read some other reviews that also make mention of "the ladies behind the counter with "resting bitch face" need to up their game. I never write negative service reviews as I worked in a restaurant several years. The owners and customers need to know. Very unfortunate as otherwise its 4-5 stars

Terrible Customer Service as if the consumers are not the ones who keep them in business! They do not Welcome you & just ask What can I get you? when they are ready to! The Owners need to train ALL their employees Customer Service Skills or get rid of them! Customer Service is Key to any business no matter how good your food may be!

Not happy at all tonight with my pick up order. How do you not see a moldy tomato!!!! It wasn't even like it was under anything, it was right there on top as soon as I opened the lid!!Also half of my fries were cold and still frozen.

Roman pantry is addictive. The food is delicious! It has everything. Desserts,breakfast,lunch dinner and a little store. It's a must go!Vegetarian options: Veggie Sub,veggie pizza,salads,calzone,and pasta.
Food is always great here. Lots of tasty dishes. I did not like that the slice pies were not covered and transactions were being conducted over them. Need more chicken in the chicken parm dinner, piece was small.

Not only does this place have the best cheesesteak in the area but they also have homemade baked goods. That is my downfall! I am addicted to the cookie sandwiches and all of the baked goods that they sell there along with all their other food. If you've never gone you must stop by! There is definitely something for everyone.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. The cheesesteak’s roll was cut all the way through so all the meat just fell out and it was cold. The chicken cheesesteak sub with extra cheese had no cheese so it was just dry diced chicken with hoagie veggies. Over the past 6 months the quality has gone downhill. I used to recommend this restaurant but now I probably won’t even order from here anymore. This is not the first time an order has been wrong or sloppy beyond being able to enjoy it.
