Amazing coffee and tea, delicious food, and wonderful kind staff. We have a BBQ shirt rib sandwich and savory crepe. Genesis and Isabella were kind and extremely helpful. Wonderful place to eat!!!

This place is beautiful, quaint, and welcoming. The desserts and pastries are delicious! My only critique is that it seems that flavor had been unecesarily sacrificed for “healthiness” on a few dishes like the oatmeal pancake, and quiche. Regardless, we will be back for the delicious coffee and pastries next time we are on the east coast!

OMG. What a find. Spectacular diversity of gluten and dairy free options from a dedicated GF, LF establishment. Had a calzone for the first time in years. Also a chocolate, peanut butter brownie dessert that was outstanding. Service and atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back...

If you are gluten free, you MUST eat here.
If you are NOT gluten free, like I am, you still probably should eat here, because the food is absolutely delicious!
The food is wholesome, good for you, and tastes great period - not just "tastes great for being gluten free". Excellent variety, friendly staff, highly recommended!

Found this wonderful gluten free coffee and light fare place up in Pequannock. The owner is very friendly and flexible. They provide for custom cakes and had a a selection of scones and other GF pastries. Dairy free options as well. All good, including sausages and dressings are made on site, farm fresh.

This is an oasis in the middle of a desert of sad Cafe options in the area. Great quality coffee beans, tasty and healthier treats and snacks together with friendly service makes this place a cozy almost familiar place. The decor creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere where every item has been placed with purpose and taste. You must try their blueberry muffin and do not forget to ask about hosting events in their spacious salon. Good for first dates, small gatherings, or just to catch up on your book reading.

The food here is not good. I have been gluten free for over five years, and I can cook better than they can. When we asked for real cheese in the calzone, they made it with fake, dairy free cheese. It was disgusting. They also don't know the difference between spinach and pesto. If the menu says spinach, we expect spinach. We wouldn't have ordered the calzone if the menu said it came with pesto. It also came with a bowl of the most bland sauce I've ever had. What were we supposed to do with that? And since when do “chicken sausage crumbles” come in the shape of cubes? The ambiance was nice, the table service was extremely lacking (didn't check on us once until the meal - if you can call it that- was over), and the owner didn't even seem happy that we were there. Best takeaway - at least we didn't get sick from eating gluten, but would never frequent again. Do better. Cooking gluten free is not that difficult.
There are lots of delicious vegan options (and GF too, for those who prefer), including baked goods! They have several nondairy milks available for beverages. Nice ambiance, too, breezy and light but also cozy!
Cozy, local spot with excellent gluten-free and dairy-free options.
