I ordered food I’ve told them I wanted something without meat and they gave me meat. They barely speak English here and they’re rude & for over 30 minutes wouldn’t give me a refund.

I’ve been coming here the past week at the same time and it’s some younger kid here today telling me I can’t order hot food or sandwhiches yet when the older guy is there he makes it no problem….. seems to me this guy is just lazy and making up his own rules

One of the most dirty and neglected Dunkin’s I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was…..this is a place in a good neighborhood selling food. How can this place pass an inspection? The service was ok, and the food was ok too. They need to clean the floors and windows.

Ordered iced drink, I found it to be 3/4 of the cup. When I asked, I was told that the drink is missing its volume as I took too much time to get it in. Need to know who is the customer.

The worst latte I’ve had from dunkin. Tasteless, awfull
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and two wake up wraps. My order took more than 10 minutes to get. Workers are slow. It was so hot inside there. Bagel was stale that my son couldn’t even bite into it.

I ordered a wrap after the staff confirmed it had egg as I told them I wanted that, they swore it was an egg wrap with chicken and peppers and was filled with cheese and chicken instead. I told them there was no egg in it and wanted a breakfast sandwich instead and they charged me for it. They should learn what's in the food they are serving.
